For high-level ideas for optimizing user journey, we had workshops with Miro boards, that were later turned into wireframes/designs within Figma. Although our timeline was rather strict and quite urgent, as we had to meet holiday season deadlines, they were able to deliver the project timely and with fantastic quality.
