After the initial evaluation we wanted to go ahead with Pqube as our digital marketing partner. They have been assigned very specific goals like the following:

PQube correctly understood all of my exact requirements during the enquiry stage itself and provided a proposal fully matching with all my requirements in terms of Commercials as well. Upon signing the contract, we had a kickoff meeting and after that the project took off as per the planned SOW.

The entire PQube Team was very professional in their approach to me and my project. Till date there are regular weekly review meetings happening without fail. Also, they have a proper actionable plan in place for each month in advance and it is executed promptly very well on time. Also, they are available most of the time on phone, emails and WhatsApp etc. for any kind of support I required.

After launching our new website, we saw an improved performance on the website, specifically the speed of the website had improved a lot which helped in loading the pages quickly. Also, they had optimized the website across all devices. Our clients loved the new look of the website, not just that it also provided them a better understanding of our services.

The solutions provided have features of allowing in house content team to upload, modify the contents with proper checks and balances. Hosted with cloud based solution and maintaining with 99% uptime for seamless experience to the end users.

PQube CEO & Technology Architect was main point of contact for major upgrades and enhancements. Routine matters being attended by their technical engineers and QA testers.

All the projects and addons were completed within reasonable & practical timelines. There were delays on very few occasions over the years but overall, we are satisfied with their services. The solutions they provided are on the expected lines; as such, the outcomes are extremely satisfying. The involved contribution of MD to update on the changing environment vis a vis requirements were exemplary and as such we could keep up the pace with the market requirement.

Requirements are initially discussed over a call. Further the technical feasibility and alternative suggestions are discussed with entire BReTs & PQube team and after sufficient brainstorming, the requirements are transformed to Tasks with timeline estimates. Once the new features are developed, the updates are deployed by PQube to a Staging environment for UAT & Client testing. On sign off, the new updates are then launched to Live environment. Any support and technical issues or bugs, are done using their HelpDesk ticketing system for tracking and reporting purposes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

PQube has the length and breadth of knowledge in almost all areas of IT solutions from Application development, Mobile App technology, Cybersecurity, Email Hosting and Infrastructure / Network management. We are happy with having an end-to-end solution provider and PQube is our One-Stop shop for all technology requirements.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Overall they have done a great job. We suggest PQube should have more junior and support engineers that can assist with Live Environment ticketing.

PQube Business Solutions’ team is extremely responsive. Usually, all I have to do is call my point of contact, and they’ll execute whatever I request within a given timeline. As the ecommerce business in the competitive job market is dynamic, the changes required by us in the solutions could not be met by the service provider due to non-availanility of support in the case of open source Solutions. Through a known source, we contacted PQube and our association with them is for last 6 years or so.

All the projects and addons were completed more or less in time with a tolerable delay of 5 to 10 days on very few occasions. The solutions they provided are on the expected lines; as such, the outcomes are extremely satisfying. The involved contribution of MD to update on the changing environment vis a vis requirements were exemplary and as such we could keep pace with the market requirement.

It is good except during pandemic wherein some distortion was noticed due to unavoidable circumstances.

Our website was originally created and running on an outdated e-commerce platform that needed to be replaced. Our goals were to retain the functionality of a custom built e-commerce website and carry the features, customer accounts, and order history to be migrated over without any bugs or issues. We also wanted to make sure during this upgrade and revamp to make our new website mobile friendly.

I had worked with the team here in the past and was pleased but I still shopped around and interviewed other solution providers to confirm this was the right choice for me.

We had a kickoff meeting to review the inner workings of the current website, discussed the key features that were most important and we created a list with priority levels of what was needed and created a phased approach to tackle this large project that included hundreds of thousands of products and seemingly as many legacy orders and customers.

This massive project was completed with just four resources. We had a project manager, two lead developers and a graphic designer.

We were working within a very short timeframe for the size of the project and they worked crazy hard to meet our deadline and we were able to meet our phase one launch, which to be honest I did not think would happen going into this because of the size of the project and all that was included.

We had standups at a minimum of every other day, and some days we had meetings both day and night- they really did whatever was needed to make this all come together.

I was most impressed with the drive and dedication their team had with regard to working to complete this project and that included taking on some custom applications that are extremely unique to my industry and at times even go against the common ideas that come along with e-commerce.

Our website was originally created as a brochure website and was very outdated! We do not have in house developers so we hired PQube Business Solutions to help us out. They did a great job from start to finish! The technology is wonderful and easy to use for both the administrative side of things as well as the customer side of things. I can manage and make changes on my own and see them live immediately.

In addition if I have any questions they are extremely responsive. An extra bonus I'm not expecting is that they even help with our UI/UX and make sure things are user-friendly!

They helped us combine solutions and eliminate old and expensive solutions into one streamlined system. NOP Commerce is used for our e-commerce now.

We had four team members from PQube with us, including a consultant, lead developer and two software developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching the website we immediately had sales start showing up, better SEO results (when people search the web for any of our products we show up top now), we really could not have asked for a better partner.

They were very open to using whatever tools and resources we wanted for meetings and tracking progress. We wanted to keep it simple so we had a minimum of weekly calls (I know the team had daily stand ups though) and communication was a breeze. Whenever they had a question or we did- we would just jump on a call or screen share meeting and things got done!

I was most impressed with the communication with them and the responsiveness. I was also extremely impressed with the advice and discussions we had surrounding user interface and experience. They really brought a lot to the table with their experiences.
