We manufacturer OTC consumer health care products as well as men’s and women’s natural and organic skin care.

We are growing our product lines and required additional assistance for the maintenance and development of our Amazon platform as well as problem-solving and growth.

We wanted better communication with Amazon, including problem-solving, keywords optimization, product detail page development and optimization, and photography.

This vendor was referred directly by Amazon and met the criteria of services that I was interested in.

They’ve done a lot of work to optimize our campaigns and keywords. We are looking at competitors as well.
What was the team composition?
I worked with Jimi (Co-Founder and E-Commerce Consultant, eStore Factory) as well as several other team members.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
Simply put, we have seen tremendous growth in revenue in a very short period of time. The team has done a fantastic job working with Amazon to remove hijacked listings and some inappropriate reviews.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
Jimi and I spoke on the phone within a few minutes of my initial inquiry. The team followed up with emails and eventually we had daily and constant Skype communication with all team members. Jimi and his team are doing a great job.
What did you find most impressive about this company?

I'm a consultant for u-commerce, a company that helps businesses better present and sell their brand and products online. I work with national and international organizations to help them start selling on Amazon and/or improve their position on Amazon Marketplace.

We needed a partner to help with several of our projects and clients.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to achieve a higher ranking on Amazon for our end clients. We also wanted to offer excellent, reactive, and friendly customer service.
How did you select this vendor?
We found them through Amazon's named and acknowledged service providers.
Describe the project in detail.
eStore Factory manages and optimizes campaigns, conducts the required keyword research, and performs SEO for certain Amazon listings. In close cooperation, we work on suitable translations for all European marketplaces. Furthermore, eStore Factory provides an excellent customer service tailored to our end clients' needs and processes.
Can you share any statistics or metrics that speak to the quality of their work and impact of the engagement?
For some SEA campaigns on Amazon, eStore Factory lowered the Advertising Cost of Sales from 20% to 10%, which is a great result on Amazon. Since the content optimization, sales have doubled or even tripled in the course of 1–2 months. We work together to improve a seller rating to 100%, although that's highly dependent on the end client.
How did the eStore Factory perform from a project management standpoint?
Their team is responsive and regularly sends emails and meets with us over Skype, even if it's last minute. Whenever we mention a problem, they work hard to resolve it immediately. We're in daily contact with one another, and they always provide sufficient references and context to keep me updated on project progress and concerns.
What impresses you about the eStore Factory?
They consistently try to achieve the maximum results for our clients. They don't give up until they've met expectations and satisifed all the stakeholders. Unlike other firms, they have clear communication and are incredibly flexible, which makes them a delight to work with.
Are there any areas for improvement?
They require clear procedures to guide them through certain processes. However, once they comprehend them, they work independently and proactively to solve problems. I'd also appreciate reporting dashboards.
