Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner and CEO of It’s in the Bag Boutique and Lady Conceal.
What challenge were you trying to address with eStore Factory?
We were looking for advertisement services on Google and social media.
What was the scope of their involvement?
eStore Factory helps me advertise the products of both my stores on Google and Facebook, and they help me with brand enhancement on Amazon. They’re also in charge of the SEO of Lady Conceal’s website. Additionally, they set up Facebook stores for both of my brands, which are connected to my websites.
Initially, we talked about the project. Then, eStore Factory gave me a list of what they could do for me, and we went from there. We communicate regularly, and they inform me about what they’re doing. They also provide me with a monthly report on the ads and their performance.
What is the team composition?
I work with three people from eStore Factory: Riddhesh (Project Manager), Umang (Consultant), and Tejas (Social Media Marketing Specialist).
How did you come to work with eStore Factory?
I also sell on Amazon, and I found that Amazon had eStore Factory listed as a good vendor. I trusted what Amazin said, so I contacted them.
How much have you invested with them?
We spend $600 per month per website on the advertisement services.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working around June 2020, and our engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I’m seeing how many clicks, conversions, and impressions I’m getting with these efforts, and I always see something that tells me the success of this engagement. My cost per click is decreasing, and I’m seeing my sales multiplying considerably.
How did eStore Factory perform from a project management standpoint?
eStore Factory always updates me on the leads, and every day they send me email addresses to put on my email list to send email blasts. They also provide me with monthly reports on the results that we’re getting.
eStore Factory is based in India, which makes our collaboration harder due to the time difference. However, they compensate for that with their work. I’ve worked with companies in the US, and I ended up spending 3–4 times more time on projects with them than with eStore Factory.
We use Basecamp to communicate. They use it to send me the reports and to communicate with me every day. This tool is very efficient for sharing everything we need for the project.
What did you find most impressive about them?
eStore Factory is cost-efficient and very knowledgeable. They’re also very flexible and willing to make changes, making us feel that they want the best for us.
Are there any areas they could improve?
One of the constraints is the time difference between us. As eStore Factory is in India, and I’m in the US, they’re sleeping when I’m in the middle of the day. Additionally, it would be helpful if they explained the abbreviations and terminology they use on the reports.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Monitor their work to ensure that they’re doing a great job. Additionally, provide them with a lot of images of your products to use, the key points you want them to cover with your ads, and a coupon code to use for promotions.

eStore Factory manages and optimizes campaigns, conducts the required keyword research, and performs SEO for certain Amazon listings. In close cooperation, we work on suitable translations for all European marketplaces. Furthermore, eStore Factory provides an excellent customer service tailored to our end clients' needs and processes.
Can you share any statistics or metrics that speak to the quality of their work and impact of the engagement?
For some SEA campaigns on Amazon, eStore Factory lowered the Advertising Cost of Sales from 20% to 10%, which is a great result on Amazon. Since the content optimization, sales have doubled or even tripled in the course of 1–2 months. We work together to improve a seller rating to 100%, although that's highly dependent on the end client.
How did the eStore Factory perform from a project management standpoint?
Their team is responsive and regularly sends emails and meets with us over Skype, even if it's last minute. Whenever we mention a problem, they work hard to resolve it immediately. We're in daily contact with one another, and they always provide sufficient references and context to keep me updated on project progress and concerns.

we started with a few images and the designer was showing signs of amateur work, wouldn't edit any of the info she made up. We finally had a "discussion", i shared my screen and emailed her more images that she selected, zipped file and checked to make sure she received.

1.....the manager went awol. he was celebrating Dawali in a few days and I respected that.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
It became unworkable when she got worse and worse. The last photos i received were of pumpkins (week after thanksgiving, 2 weeks before christmas). She wouldn't edit anything, made up facts for info graphics, cost me so much time.
i missed black friday, cyber monday and didn't get anything usable. Nothing salvageable. Horrific experience!! I used another company and he finished in 3 days.......

Impressive was using the front of one lantern and the back of another- upscale product line and she uses the door of one lantern because she never fessed up to not being able to unzip files!!!!!
