Manisofts is doing a great job; we’ve seen great results with them. Their work is 100% perfect; it’s our first time having an online shop, and we’ve been making sales non-stop since we started. So far, we’ve made over $7,000 in sales.

Project management is excellent. We have a group chat to discuss issues. We also communicate through WhatsApp and a tool for the Amazon store.

They provided virtual assistant services and found wholesalers to purchase products to resell on our marketplaces. They also leased my products on Amazon and eBay and managed the listings and inventory. Manisofts had access to my Amazon seller center and eBay platform and handled everything directly. 

Manisofts was also responsible for customer service and warehouse and shipping services with third-party organizations.

How did your relationship with the vendor evolve?

We stopped hearing from them once we gave them a significant amount of money. Our accounts were deactivated and suspended, and they didn’t ever come up with a solution to get them reactivated. We have around $50,000 worth of inventory that they purchased that is stuck. We’ve tried contacting Manisofts multiple times, but they have treated the engagement as if it is over. We believe they took as much money as possible and left us. 

Part of their scheme is to have customers leave positive reviews on Clutch while things are still going well so they can pull in other clients. We wanted to leave this review because we don’t want anyone else to have this experience.

Before we started our engagement with Manisofts, our account health score was good, but by the time our engagement ended, it was so bad our account had been deactivated. They were selling random and unauthorized products with no genuine invoices, and after holding my account for a while, Amazon shut it down. 

Due to Manisofts, we can’t even get into our accounts and are having to work with Amazon and eBay to get our accounts reactivated. However, they need invoices to prove that it wasn’t our fault, which Manisofts did not provide. This makes the situation altogether more difficult.

Before we started seeing issues with Manisofts, they were responsive.
