What was the scope of their involvement?

Manisofts guided us through finding products to sell on Amazon for reasonable prices. They had a whole team structure set up; their project manager contacted us and guided us through the entire process of getting the outsourcing team that’d do the product research. Then, another team loaded the product to Amazon, and a team did the marketing and reporting. They also had a set board of directors. In summary, Manisofts took care of everything for us.

We started with a call with the owner. They gave us an overview of what Manisofts would be doing and what results we could expect to see within a few months. Then, they assigned a project manager to walk us through the documentation needed to get started. 

They provided Amazon wholesale services, handling all of the backend, operations, and ads. Manisofts worked with the closest distribution centers to get the product running and launched as soon as possible without any lag time. They also helped us to sell our website and with other retailers, such as eBay and Walmart. However, they mainly focused on Amazon.

Additionally, Manisofts designed and developed our WordPress website from scratch. They added products and direct links to Amazon or eBay. Customers could choose which site to buy from or go directly to our website. Manisofts also did marketing on the website.

Before working with Manisofts, we made $1,000–$2,000 on monthly sales. Our profits are now between $8,000–$9,000 per month. Moreover, we received a weekly report on how much was spent and the profit; Manisofts detailed it based on each sold product. Based on that, we’ve focused on the best-selling products.

How did Manisofts perform from a project management standpoint?

We met with the project manager to discuss our budget for the following month, what we wanted to spend, and what to expect. The project manager handled all the operations, and we got a weekly progress report.

We communicated via Google Drive and WhatsApp.

One of their biggest strengths was how they organized the process; it was pretty straightforward and streamlined. Manisofts’ business was established; they walked us through every step, and we always knew what to expect before investing any money.
