Easy Ecommerce was retained to provide consultation implementing a new ecommerce site on Shopify. The goal of the project was to increase site functionality, improving user experience and driving higher conversions from an improved site design. 

We also retained them to help formulate and drive the SEO strategy to improve our reach and traffic.

• Ecommerce sales +2.5% above target. 
• Site visits was +7% over target. 
• Oder Conversions increased 7.2%

Easy Ecommerce practively worked with our team to solution usibility challenges and lead our team towards best practices of our new site. They helped implement a KPI dashboard while capacity building the skillset with our team.

Easy Ecommerce has relevant retail experience which helped us make the informed decisions we were making. They foudn anSEO specialist with a background in our area of expertise which helped streamline and inform the SEO strategy, so they were proactive to match their talent's skillsets with our needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something EASY Ecommerce could have done differently?

Working with the client to better define the project charter, elements of success and to consider branding elements necessary to the site would have allowed us to have been more proactive earlier in the project.

In the middle of the relationship with them, there was a gap with their former employee for a short time. We could've had better communication that time.

The most impressive thing about Easy Ecommerce was the results. The results have been better than anticipated and achieved without stress or concern. The working relationship continues to be one of shared passion, values and positive energy which are huge for me.

The liquor industry and consumers in Canada are very slow in adopting ecommerce. We knew it was going to be an uphill battle from the beginning.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our main measure of success was going to be the number of orders per month. We started with the first few months averaging 20 orders per month and we are now over 120 per month. Our goal for the first year was 150 per month and we should break that this month.

Communication was great. They were always available and responded to requests promptly. With bi-weekly meetings there was always a good flow of information.
