Together with my team I had the opportunity to partake in management 3.0 training delivered by Paweł Błasiak. Their management training was a valuable occasion to brush up on the concepts and practices used by our team on the journey towards agility.
What I found interesting was both workshop focused on tools as well as broad picture of organisational evolution. What served the goal of the meeting was personal style of the trainer who managed to balance out knowledge delivery with informal atmosphere and plethora of practical examples.
