BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m a deputy director at Vivat company. We specialize in B2B stationery wholesale selling.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Dinarys LLC?

We decided to develop a wholesale e-commerce website to increase our sales.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to develop a convenient online shop, so customers could avoid paperwork when ordering our products even on mobile devices.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

Initially, my company researched the market to get a sense of different types of agencies. We decided to work with Dinarys after long negotiations because of the range of specialists on their staff. Additionally, they provided us with project estimation that totally satisfied us and met our budget.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

The team developed an e-commerce website from scratch, integrated with the 1C CRM system. This approach helps track order fulfillment and manage inventory. They developed the design, HTML layout, and responsive design to increase traffic from mobile devices and make the customer experience more convenient. Currently, we are adding new features and discussing future developments. The first project scope was about $7,000 and with additional features, we spent over $30,000.

What was the team composition?

I primarily worked with the project manager and the backend developer to clarify all requirements and features. I also worked with a web designer for the frontend of the project. A quality insurance manager also worked with us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The fact that we are still working with Dinarys proves that we are satisfied with the quality of their specialists, project management, and their rates. Their team visited our office several times and understand and accommodate our needs.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

I personally speak with their COO to go over status updates and potential development plans. They are responsive and work efficiently to address any concerns with product specs and requirements. The team delivered milestones within the deadlines. From our side, there was an issue concerning server work. That task went beyond the time because that increased the project scope.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was surprised by how responsible their team is when it comes to the success of their e-commerce clients. I know little about e-commerce websites development, so it great to work with specialists.

The website is a huge improvement compared to how it was before thanks to Dinarys’ involvement, boasting increased leads and clients, and higher-quality features. Multichannel communication and the direct participation of their owners led to top-notch outputs and a smooth collaboration.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a marketing automation manager for Colobridge GmbH, a German corporate cloud hosting provider. We operate an independent and multifunctional network infrastructure with functionalities for establishing communication channels with other operators.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Dinarys LLC?

Our online presence had been limited to our website, which contained personal accounts and a billing system. It didn’t provide any possibilities for lead generation or engaging prospects.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Dinarys created a fully-featured e-commerce solution that provides information about server hardware, backups, storage, VPNs, and some hosting capacities. They created databases and handled payment system integration and CRM system integration. We also have integrations with Google Analytics, Yandex Metrics, and so on.

What is the team composition?

We worked with a project manager, a frontend developer, a backend developer, and a frontend designer. Some of them were involved in several of our projects, while others were only involved in one.

How did you come to work with Dinarys LLC?

We received a recommendation from a colleague, and we were impressed with their knowledge.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in November 2016. The project was completed by April 2018.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve effectively improved our processes with their help. Their work led to accelerated growth on our end; we have more leads, more orders, and more clients. We also improved our subscription model, recurrent payment schedule, and service prolongation linkup. We’re also now able to provide extensive information about the company, current offerings, and discounts on our website.

How did Dinarys LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Dinarys had a multichannel implementation approach for maintaining communication with us, which was helpful and effective. We used Slack for team communication, Trello for project management, and we analyzed our tasks several times a day.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re a competitive group in the web development industry that provides a high-level IT experience. Their owners were involved in the work and focused on getting the job done before the deadline.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Clients should organize multiple discussions during the first steps of the project to describe the work in detail and create a plan.

Dinarys LLC’s reputation for quality work is well-deserved, as the redesigned site is much more stable and effective. Their team places emphasis on strong personal relationships and delivers prompt customer service.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the executive director of a manufacturing company that sells products online.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Dinarys LLC?

Our business requires a strong web presence, so we were looking for someone responsible, professional, and reasonably priced to help rebuild our website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They rewrote our code from scratch, cleaned up the site for us, and set up Shopify, our e-commerce platform. In addition to the coding, they advised us on how to maintain the site properly and make future code alterations without harming the site’s stability.

What is the team composition?

I work with their manager and one of our developers.

How did you come to work with Dinarys LLC?

They were recommended to us by a representative from a highly-reputed firm, who said they’d be a reliable partner.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between $5,000–$10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them sometime in 2016 and the work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The site is stable and everything functions smoothly.

How did Dinarys LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They have an experienced team that communicates well, although it helps that I speak Russian. We touch base via Skype or messaging apps and they respond whenever I need them. In addition to returning high-quality work, they also developed a strong personal relationship with us. It never felt like they were only interested in collecting a paycheck.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re highly professional and bring a lot of technical knowledge to the table for a reasonable cost.

Are there any areas they could improve?

This isn’t a necessity, but it would be nice if they’d expand and assign more dedicated staff to projects. We have one person who's knowledgeable and maintains our account, but every new person has to learn about it from the ground up. This sometimes slows down the turnaround times, but I recognize that trying to rush someone new would negatively impact the quality of the work.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Seek advice or an introduction from someone who’s worked with them before to help build a strong connection right away. Get to know their staff well and discuss your project thoroughly. Trust their work, because they’re very careful with their reputation in the industry and they’ve always completed projects to our satisfaction. When it comes to communicating, be mindful of possible language or cultural barriers. They speak English well, but consider reaching out to a Russian-speaker who can explain common project requirements in the U.S. in ways that will translate more clearly to them.
