custom sliders for the product details page, cart, and newspaper page
plugin for searching vintage newspapers
custom website search with different filter options

I’m the executive director of a manufacturing company that sells products online.

What challenge were you trying to address with Dinarys LLC?
Our business requires a strong web presence, so we were looking for someone responsible, professional, and reasonably priced to help rebuild our website.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They rewrote our code from scratch, cleaned up the site for us, and set up Shopify, our e-commerce platform. In addition to the coding, they advised us on how to maintain the site properly and make future code alterations without harming the site’s stability.
What is the team composition?
I work with their manager and one of our developers.

They were recommended to us by a representative from a highly-reputed firm, who said they’d be a reliable partner.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The site is stable and everything functions smoothly.
How did Dinarys LLC perform from a project management standpoint?
They have an experienced team that communicates well, although it helps that I speak Russian. We touch base via Skype or messaging apps and they respond whenever I need them. In addition to returning high-quality work, they also developed a strong personal relationship with us. It never felt like they were only interested in collecting a paycheck.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re highly professional and bring a lot of technical knowledge to the table for a reasonable cost.
Are there any areas they could improve?
This isn’t a necessity, but it would be nice if they’d expand and assign more dedicated staff to projects. We have one person who's knowledgeable and maintains our account, but every new person has to learn about it from the ground up. This sometimes slows down the turnaround times, but I recognize that trying to rush someone new would negatively impact the quality of the work.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Seek advice or an introduction from someone who’s worked with them before to help build a strong connection right away. Get to know their staff well and discuss your project thoroughly. Trust their work, because they’re very careful with their reputation in the industry and they’ve always completed projects to our satisfaction. When it comes to communicating, be mindful of possible language or cultural barriers. They speak English well, but consider reaching out to a Russian-speaker who can explain common project requirements in the U.S. in ways that will translate more clearly to them.
