Conversion95 is very flexible in the tools they use. We prefer to use Slack for instant communication, and Jira for task management and progress tracking. For high-level ideas for optimizing user journey, we had workshops with Miro boards, that were later turned into wireframes/designs within Figma.

Although our timeline was rather strict and quite urgent, as we had to meet holiday season deadlines, they were able to deliver the project timely and with fantastic quality.

We also were impressed by the evidence (data, consumer insights, and behavioral principles) behind every suggestion. Combine that with the dedication and willingness to have an innovative approach, and you have the recipe for success.

The overall experience was very positive, the only thing we would highlight is to offer more detailed documentation for project deliverables. Providing comprehensive documentation would help in better understanding the specifics of each phase and ensure smoother handoffs and implementation across multiple teams collaborating on the same project.
