I am a software engineer and started my online business on Amazon in February 2020. It has been going great as my business is increasing day by day.

For what projects/services did your company hire eMarspro?

We were looking for seller account management and ads PPC campaign management services.

What were your goals for this project?

I wanted to start my own business in the e-commerce industry due to the covid situation and high uncertainty in the job market. I wanted to start a Private Label FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) business from scratch.

The goals were to find profitable products, do keyword research for listing creation and optimization, photo editing of my products, PPC campaigns and ads management, and anything related to Amazon. I didn't have enough knowledge of Amazon's terms of services; that is why I needed an expert to walk me through the online journey on Amazon.

They also provided a complete plan of action with projected timelines to be successful. The project is moving as per the agreed timelines, and we are getting a reasonable return on investment.

What was the team composition?

They have assigned a dedicated consultant to my account, and he is working under the supervision of a project manager and an operations manager. They are sending regular reports on a daily/weekly, and monthly basis.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I planned to start with one product on Amazon, but eMarspro's strategic consultation resulted in launching two products in the same budget. Now, after one year of joint venture, I've eight products in my catalog. All of them are launched under my brand name.

They have helped me register a trademark and apply for a brand registry on Amazon, right after the trademark was registered. The benefits are amazing; they have created enhanced brand content/A+ pages, hijackers are removed from the listing. Video ads have been uploaded on all of my listings.

eMarspro consultants have helped me throughout the amazon journey. Now we are planning to launch our products on Shopify and eBay. The consultants are also working on launching my brand in the UK and Australian markets at the moment.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The thorough communication on Slack and Trello is impressive. Our dedicated consultants are always available during our working hours and even on weekends on an as-needed basis. In our weekly meetings, we discuss weekly planners and make strategies under the supervision of project managers.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The reporting structure at eMarspro impressive; I only check the daily report to ensure planned tasks are taken care of. Their dedicated quality assurance team takes our feedback twice a month to further align our vision and project outcomes.

They are very good at managing PPC campaigns and controlling the ACOS (Average cost of spend) on advertising and marketing, which is helping in increasing my revenue.

There is always room of improvement, but eMarspro has proved to be the name of trust and success.

Whenever they’re about to launch a product, they discuss it with me first in detail. If I feel the product is good, they will then discuss with their team leads. If I don’t like it, they take the time to explain how it could be good for my company.

There are seven people working on the project and the whole team is very active.

I started working with them in March 2018 and we’re still working together.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’ve been able to get good sales in a very short time. Initially, I was generating $3,000–$4,000 in profits, but it’s been almost two years now and I’m generating between $5,000–$10,000 per month. Whenever they run a campaign on my product, the turnout has been very good and there has been a huge difference in the profit. They’re doing a great job and I’m very happy.

I’m very satisfied. It has been very difficult for me to respond in a timely manner due to things outside of work, but I can completely trust them even if I’m not very active. I don’t have any doubts; I trust them and it’s very fruitful.

They do their job well and it’s helping my business; I’m really satisfied with them. Unlike others who have to spend a lot of time with the company they work with, I don’t need to do that. I don’t need to check in on what they’re doing because I trust them. It’s been great and I can trust them.

When we first started working together, I wanted them to do a lot more product research. They were doing well but I had high expectations. I thought they would launch three or four products at a time, but they started with one to see how it would work. 

Initially, I was concerned that they should be launching more often instead of rarely, but eventually, it started growing and now I’m fine with it.
