We had an initial call, described our challenges in capturing all of the data we needed in building proper lists. We provided the team with clear parameters (and have had several follow up calls to fine tune based on their results).

It is too early to have clear results, however based on some spot checking and preliminary conversations, it appears to be on track for success.

We looked at several different BPO firms and Fusion stood out for their communication and management style. They're very easy to work and communicate with whenever there are issues to ensure quality.

We would provide lists of several thousand data entries that needed to be done. The team would provide a daily update on their progress as well as mark on each entry when they were completed. It was a very auditable system.

Because of the scheduling annual review a with clients our firm have discovered addition needs and have entered at least 2 new policy disingenuous annual reviews. This has allowed me to focus more on building new associates and creating new clients.
