They worked on a challenging lower-level search for a mechanical design and controls systems engineer for an Autonomous marine vehicle company located in the Bay Area. They did a fantastic job of tackling this challenge by providing us with numerous viable candidates.

I have an project manager who oversees our research team which has is growing rapidly as we work together and recognize the value they provide.

The research team we work with communicates effectively, takes feedback constructively, and improves on a daily basis. We filled both positions in our regular target time of less than 60 days to signed contract

The deciding factor was their experience in the industry. Also the company's several ISO certification played into the deciding factors in choosing Fusion.

Fusion is able to help with posting ads in job posting websites. They are able to recruit, screen, administer placement tests and proctor placement tests and communicate with candidates after the test. They are also helping us implement record of candidates in CRM

2 resources are currently being used. They are recruiters.

With the help of the 2 recruiters we have been able to use our other admin staff in other projects. They have also helped with the tedious communication with the hundreds of candidates that apply to our job positions. We have been able to grow our pool of candidates that have passed our exam greatly.

Very good communication with the managers over at Fusion. They help coordinate follow up meetings with their staff and constantly check on their performance.
