1. Create a process for how PMs can use Mavenlink to schedule resourcing needs for the future (Replace scheduling sheet) 
   1. Document specific fields needed in current spreadsheet b. Identify where data can be found and how it can be obtained for reporting. Includes getting up to speed on Mavenlink's data and reporting capabilities. 
   2. Will likely require Mavenlink support advice. 
   3. Additional hours may be needed to oversee any customized development. 
   4. Create a new process/spreadsheet to minimize PM total efforts. d. Document new process for PM's. 
2. Create a report in Mavenlink that can be used for forecasting billable & non-billable (Replace projection email) 
   1. Identify report goals, audiences and specific data needed. Look at current projection email to start. 
   2. Identify where data can be found.
   3. Design a new report in Mavenlink. 
3. Help Brilliance organize process documents, identify ones missing or need updating, assign ownership and frequency of reviews (Processes below) 
   1. Establish a process document folder/structure throughout effort, as well as Brilliance's preferred process documentation format. 
   2. Identify location(s) of each current process from the list below. 
   3. For each process identify: Current Implementor(s), Frequency, Best Person to Update/Create Process, where it would fit in the Process file structure 
   4. Research/identify which processes need updating or need to be created. e. Create/update each process as needed. Assume half need verification/updating (1 hour per process), and half need creation (2 hours per process).

Our Beyond the Chaos teammate trained our team, set the Teamwork system up to meet our needs, developed custom templates, managed our workflow, helped us screen candidates for the full time Project Manager who would eventually replace her, and then trained that newly hired employee for a month.

The first thing our BTS expert did for us was listen. She interviewed every team member to figure out who we are, what we do and what we needed the tool to do for us. She saw that many projects had been migrated from our old platform into Teamwork and noticed that we could be a lot more efficient with a portfolio of new custom templates. 
She set to work developing templates with the team and within a few weeks, was fully versed in the nature of our work and was standing us up on our feet to be able to handle the workload. It was like having a full time combination project manager and trainer helping us.

We worked with beyond the chaos to launch new service levels with recurring fees to help stabilize a very uneven business model of a company we purchased. We worked with them to develop 4 different service levels, the proper pricing for each level, detailed work on implementation of the service levels and direct situation client interactions to get these set up and running with all our current clients
