First, we went through a discovery phase in which we shared the ways and tools that we used to generate the leads and what are our goals. Based on our company goals, Foundcoo team using their tools for SEO, Social, and Marketing Automation, created and implemented the strategy targeting directly our ideal customer profile that helped us generate good quality leads with a higher conversion rate.

We worked with a project manager and a Digital Marketing and Automation specialized marketer.

The targeted lead generation campaign was successful and we had an increase in good quality leads with a conversion rate of 12%. Also the marketing automation campaigns were very successful with an opening rate of 75%-80%.

We had in-person meeting with our project manager twice per month, and used emails and phone calls to communicate with the digital marketer when needed. Also, anytime we had a question, or we needed help, they were always very responsive.

We have done an initial audit to identify areas of disconnect between departments. Based on the findings from the audit it was then defined and aligned our lifecycle stage and created a roadmap leveraging the tools we already have. After that we have implemented the strategy and the execution plan.
