5.0 Oct 14, 2025My service includes rapid, efficient delivery. That;s the final part of purchasing our product. If it doesn't arrive in a timely manner, to the right address then it doesn't matter how good my product is. In the last year I can't recall a single problem in delivery. Customers are notified that their package is on the way and everyone is please by the way it is packaged. I am totally impressed by the speed at which they fill orders. They combine well trained and motivated employees with technology and it gets done. All orders that they receive go out the same day unless it is almost closing time and in those cases it goes out early in the morning.

We don't have all the advantages of doing operations ourselves. Having said that, for the most part, they are very efficient. We don't have to worry; they get on with it. They take away a lot of the stress for us. Having the dashboard and real-time data is very helpful. We can order ourselves manually on the system, see how they are doing, and track them.
