We hired Shiporo to take over our entire ecommerce fulfillment and shipping. Previously, we managed logistics, storage, and employees in-house, which was a significant headache. Shiporo now handles everything from A to Z with speed and accuracy, and it costs us less than doing it ourselves.

Shiporo stores our inventory, receives Shopify orders, packages and fulfills the orders, and ships them. Due to the nature of our product, we handle customer service ourselves, although Shiporo did offer to manage that as well.

We have seen measurable improvements in both speed and cost. Shiporo ships all our orders by 2pm on the following business day, which is excellent. We are saving money on fulfillment and shipping costs. These improvements have allowed us to scale without worrying about logistics, and our customers are happy with the speed of shipping.
