They already serving One of the major MNC for white goods distribution, and based on the feed back we have started our association.

3pl partner for managing the 1.2 lac sft distribution center in kerala and 2 lac sft in Karnataka for distribution of white goods. They are doing Mid mile distribution of 4lac units per annum.

They have enthusiastic & energetic 120 people

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They have ensured seamless operations. Process oriented and flexible and agile. In this pandemic time they have right Sized the operations and shown the cost optimization. They partnered with us for people and product safety.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We rarely involve in to day to day operations, full adherence to KPAs and fully satisfied.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

More enthusiastic and agile their operational flexibility is their USP. Good at handling any seasonal spikes. They are more interested in strengthening the technology like data analytics, and ML AI which back bone for any industry.

Are there any areas for improvement?

we would ideally want them to do B2C last mile distribution aslo.
