Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO and co-owner of InaEssentials, an organic cosmetics brand. We distribute our goods in 23 countries and have an eight-figure turnover.

What challenge were you trying to address with BigArena Fulfillment?

We hired them to help us with the logistics and fulfillment processes so that we could focus on marketing and sales.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

BigArena Fulfillment handles our logistics and fulfillment for most of the European market, including Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Germany, etc. We have a Shopify store for each market. When we open a new store, we link it with BigArena Fulfillment’s software, and they handle the logistics for us. We give them the products, and when we receive an order from a customer, they pack it in its box and ship it. 

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with at least 10 teammates from BigArena Fulfillment, including Daniel (CEO), the CCO, people in the IT department, and teammates from the warehousing department. 

How did you come to work with BigArena Fulfillment?

We found them through Facebook. We appreciated that although they’re in Bulgaria like us, they have warehouses around Europe and operate everywhere. We met with Daniel and chose BigArena Fulfillment because they had amazing personal contact, which was important to us as a brand. Other reasons we chose them were their flexibility and their tremendous software. They also provided really great pricing. 

How much have you invested with them?

So far, we’ve spent over $500,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Before working with BigArena Fulfillment, we handled fulfillment ourselves, and we had a lot of high expenses with hiring people. We also had many returned and not-followed-up shipments, which cost us a lot of money. Working with BigArena Fulfillment has helped us scale our business. They’re professionals in what they do, so our returns from customers have lowered a lot. Our engagement helps us financially and allows us not to think about logistics. 

How did BigArena Fulfillment perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re handling their project management on their own system, and we communicate via email and phone calls. Whenever they need to do an integration, they call us and ask us questions. If we’ve had delays, it’s been because of us.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed with BigArena Fulfillment’s software and their positive attitude towards us as clients. With a good system, everything else goes along well.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their sales team could improve to start acquiring more customers. If they had 1–2 more sales employees, they could really scale their business. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

When looking for a fulfillment partner, it’s easier to have only one for shipping everywhere in Europe because you only need to rely on one software solution. For working with BigArena Fulfillment, I suggest you send them an email and ask for a full price rate for the entirety of Europe.
