Receive orders compare paperwork, with physical product, keep record of the inventory, prepare outgoing orders labeling and print the correspondant paperwork, release to the transport companies with the appropiate paperwork and keep record of what has been released to them

They reduced the mistakes, with an accuracy of 95% the last 4 months, meaning orders on time (inbound - outbound), better communication, and time of response.

It was a long process and debates with the managment team and changes on the personnel asigned to our account, I would say that managment always was willing to help, change and perform but also i would say that always was ups and downs... the good performance never was a standard, when people on the team felt on their confort zone the things start to going wrong and it was necessary to involve the upper managment and it should not be like that
