What was the scope of their involvement?

Build. Change. Impact. - Business Coaching has helped me with business strategy. Initially, I filled out an intake form, and we met online to discuss what I needed. Build. Change. Impact. - Business Coaching suggested what would probably work for me, which was their coaching mastermind group. We’ve worked through a few things, and they’ve created a business strategy to help me.

Build. Change. Impact. - Business Coaching is available on Voxer anytime I have a question or an idea, and the team gets back to me when they have a chance. As the engagement has gone on, they've pulled back from that structure. We also have coaching calls once a month.

Stacey (Founder) is my main point of contact.

I met Stacey at a workshop. We were in a breakout room together, and I realized she was very down-to-earth. I was looking for a coach to help me with my business. I had worked with coaches in other situations where I didn't feel like they were invested in who I was or interested in building a real relationship. These other coaches were surface-level and didn't help me think things through. Meanwhile, Stacey was easy to relate to, and that's why I chose Build. Change. Impact. - Business Coaching.

We started working together in February 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They're very supportive and helpful. Whenever I mention something I need or am looking for, Stacey remembers it and finds it for me. She also helps me source resources and find suitable people to work for me.

The main benefit of working with Build. Change. Impact. - Business Coaching is that I’ve zeroed in on exactly what I want my business to look like. I’ve found more of the right flow. Stacey allows me to figure out where I want to go and supports me in that direction. They offer advice and suggestions to help me get where I need to go, but they're not forceful or pressuring in any way. 

Moreover, Stacey has come to my own coaching groups and brought people over to them, so she's really helpful in that way. Overall, Stacey understands where I want to go, and that alone has been the support I needed.

How did Build. Change. Impact. - Business Coaching perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver work on time and within budget. For communication and project management, we use Voxer, Google Docs, email, phone calls, and Zoom. We have a phone call once a month and twice-monthly Zoom calls; one for the mastermind group and one for our coaching calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Build. Change. Impact. - Business Coaching is relational, not transactional. Stacey is supportive and easy to talk to and does her best to understand what I need. She thinks things through alongside me — she's a great coach in every sense of the word.

Success means growing revenue while shifting from done-for-you work to more strategy and a coaching model, along with more one-to-many offerings.  Focus is on efficiency, and landing more ideal clients in this new space while gaining clarity, momentum, and confidence as I move forward.

Her progress also includes stronger positioning of her new offers and growing alignment between her skills, message, and client delivery.

Stacey has been my business and marketing coach for almost a year now. Between Zoom meetings and Voxer support she is helping me focus on all the parts of my business to improve them. I laid out a goal for her from the beginning that I want to grow this business and possibly sell it someday. She has provided invaluable info on that process and keeps me on track towards that end goal in the decisions I'm making now. 

Even when I don't necessarily want a review of a process I have I know that getting Stacey's eyes on it will make it better in the long run. Plus I love that Stacey has so much experience with getting businesses like mine to the next level. I trust her advice and by following it have increased my bottom line!!

I love how much the team cares about my success! She keeps me on track even when I'm starting to veer off course and she does it in a gentle manner. It has helped me realize I'm not backsliding I'm traversing to the next mountain and sometimes you have to go down a bit to go up even more!

Over the course of our partnership we have elevated the initial idea, completed market research, determined the structure of the business, identified the pillars of the business, pinpointed the ideal customer, written in depth marketing material, developed a website, and created targeted product offerings.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Working with Stacey at Build Change Impact has completely elevated my initial business idea and all that has come after that. I knew immediately that I needed to work with Stacey one on one after she made a recommendation that captured what I wanted to accomplish in my business, but hadn't been able to pinpoint on my own. Since that initial meeting, working with Stacey has far exceeded my expectations. Before our partnership, what I would have created for myself is a job. 

With Stacey's coaching, I now have a clear vision with next steps that are within reach to build my business. I am confident in the strong roots we have created for my business allowing it to be the asset that I now know it can be. We meet once per month in a group mastermind to address specific business topics, including creating a brand message, creating sales goals, and developing a marketing plan. I was able to double the income of my business in the 6 months of working with Stacey.

My time with Build. Change. Impact. helped me to realized my value and gain much more confidence in my work. I did not have much organization in my business and they helped me to identify those areas adding chaos and implement processes to make my work flow better.

I am much more hopeful and inspired by my business instead of seeing it as a burden. I have much more clarity about how to develop my business and myself as a business owener.

We had set meetings every other week but we were able to call them in between as often as needed when making decisions for the business. They walked me through many important processes and I didn't feel as lost or alone. I always left interactions with them with clarity and understanding for what my next step would be.

Build. Change. Impact. has brought so much more to the table than I anticipated and far exceeded my expectations. They connected me to resources I didn't even realize I needed and took the time to help me work through frustrations I was facing in the business.

They took the time to really understand my business so all of their suggestions were very specific to what would help me rather than generic business advice. They were patient with me but also propelled me to keep moving forward so progress continued to happen.

At times, constructive criticism was conveyed in a patronizing way. However, it was clear they had our best interest at heart every step of the way.

I am working with them in a coaching/advising relationship. We meet every other week and I have unlimited access to them outside our meeting time. They have been super flexibe and facilitating additional sessions as warranted.

I have my primary advisor and access to their other team members for specific areas of my business as needed.

I've been able to hire additional and better qualified team members. My leadership of myself and as a byproduct of my team has improved. I'm begining to master my time and translate that into money and growing my business as an asset instead of just owning my job.

Workflow was great. I communicate with them through Voxer throughout the day as needed and we have both in-person and Zoom sessions depending on our travel schedules.

Personal attention and geniune care for me as a business owner and how that extends to my family. I'm not just a client for them. I really feel cared for.

Sometimes I feel overwhelemed with what "I" need to get done after a session. One of the areas we've worked to improve is theming and blocking and tackling on a few priorities a day.
