Within a few weeks of hiring them, they had completed an in-depth, detailed quality of earnings report that allowed me to make a large financial decision for acquiring the company being reviewed.

I feel that the quality of the report that I received was well worth the price that was quoted and the breadth of the company handling it.

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, they took our requirements. Then, they did research and due diligence, in terms of cost comparison analysis, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. Since we’re a SaaS company, the process of drafting a business plan is dramatically more challenging. Using their research and the information we gave them; they were able to devise a solid plan for us. The team also helped us create a nice pitch deck.

Alex’s skillset was invaluable, and because of that, we were able to nail down our challenges early on.

Alex was diligent and his team was involved. He and his team really took the time to fine-tune everything. It was a multi-faceted project, and they were able to help us nail down the complexities of the business plan. The work certainly speaks for itself.

Given the complexities, they did a bang-up job. What we’re doing has never been done before, but they were able to knock it out of the ballpark.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They did a very nonconventional business plan in PowerPoint format, which was cutting edge. They didn’t put any bland charts at all and made it interesting.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, nothing comes to mind.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to do your homework, as with any business plan. They’re helping perform the research and analytics, but at the end of the day, you’re going to need to be involved and ask for what you want. No one’s a mind reader.

Growing up in the Church, with over 10 years of ministry experience, I have served under and worked alongside Church Leaders, staff, and volunteers from the local and broad communities in discipleship and media management.

I have 5 years of experience in telecommunications, leadership management, logistics and operations, and media management. I have deep technological skills, marketing expertise, and am a strong written and verbal communicator, which serves well in growing this organization.

The project OGS was hired for, was for Business Plan development. This plan was to help us move our ideas and limited resources into an unlimited move towards growth with marketing strategies, financial forecasting, and foreseeing potential data points that may come to pass in the next 5 years.

What were your goals for this project?

The goals for this project was to develop a set of strategies, understand our market, and gauge financial projections to plan for the success of our business.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

After contacting 7 different companies from looking at their website, we had a call for each one. After reaching out to each vendor, we read through the reviews and whether their reviews were trustworthy or not.

After going through other companies' reviews, we had additional conversations with three of the 7 companies and finalized to the final company after looking at their examples provided as well as the budget.

Describe the project in detail.

On April 16th, we began with receiving the proposal from OGS with what we will be working on! OGS worked on understanding our needs and development to be investor ready. We followed the proposal by receiving a round of questions in which we answered and submitted to Alex who was our Project lead.

We received a draft on April 30th which met the timeline that follows the proposal, being on time. Following the proposal, we submitted a series of edits that OGS followed by sending each draft with our edits 2-3 days after for each edit. OGS was prompt and efficient with getting the final edits to us and continually exceeding expectations.

We specifically worked with our project manager. Our project manager worked with his team to follow suit on all of the variable we needed for our project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After finishing this project we were able to move on to the next phase of our business to reach out toward our investors and begin to focus on the product so that we can grow a userbase for our tech company.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was seamless. Communication was fast and my team was able to work simultaneously with any questions to add toward the project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Very Efficient Service! A knowledgeable team! It was a quick delivery and was highly professional through every step of the way. We had a great experience with OGScapital. For our budget, this team went above and beyond our expectations. The work is evident that they know what they are doing. The research is thorough and gives us a great point of perspective for our company!

Are there any areas for improvement?

Through the three weeks that we worked with OGS capital, I would love to see a way to monitor what is being worked on. For example, if a market analysis was completed, then a confirmation would be sent regarding step 1 of the 14 steps per se would be shown as done.

This would give a sense of reassurance during the 14 days of work. It would be great to maybe incorporate slack or basecamp. I would love to see the structure of the team or what marketing resources would be used for our development ahead of time. These are just some ideas I can think of.

What was the scope of their involvement?

OGSCapital provided us with a quality of earnings (QoE) report to support our acquisition of a small business. The deliverables included financial reconciliation and forensic analysis. Alex (Founder & CEO) and his team reviewed the business's finances, including verifying all the financial documents from the seller, such as profit and loss statements, bank statements, invoices, CRM systems, and tax returns. Due to the complexity of the business setup, this process turned into a full reconciliation work.

OGSCapital reconciled the revenue, expenses, and owner add-backs. Thanks to their work, we understood the variance between the seller's report and OGSCapital's report and made a decision to move forward accordingly.

OGSCapital's project management was very timely. They had great communication and were very responsive. Alex ensured we didn't miss any deadlines and managed the project within tight timelines, making sure the seller provided everything on time.
