Working Excellence consulted with us on a large language model (LLM) implementation to automate insights across our global customer support centers. They utilized OpenAI GPT-based models integrated with our CRM system. The solution included natural language processing pipelines and sentiment analysis tools. Get priced what was possible and we are seeing great early returns
