We needed help with our rebranding, specifically our verbal marketing identity.

We've started with a discovery phase and brainstorming sessions. Trawelt has provided us with proposals and support in implementing our new verbal identity across our digital channels. The team also provides support in getting our new messaging done right.

Trawelt is responsible for our new verbal identity and directions for communication, including a revision of our existing brand, key elements, and materials. The team has also developed a new positioning for our brand and provided strategic consultancy and new brand materials.

Our primary consultant is one of Trawelt's co-founders.

How did you come to work with Trawelt?

We had a direct connection with Trawelt because we'd previously helped them establish their presence. We recommended them for other projects and opportunities.

We started working with Trawelt in December 2024, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since we haven't gone public with our new branding yet, we don't have a measure of the success of Trawelt's work. Once we've applied the new messaging across our digital channels, we'll be able to measure the success of their work.

How did Trawelt perform from a project management standpoint?

Trawelt is very responsive and agile. The project has taken longer than planned, but that's not due to Trawelt. The team is constantly available to connect to meetings and respond quickly. We never wait for Trawelt. We have a timeline of planned activities, which has been altered due to external factors.

We communicate mainly through Slack and email. We've also had in-person meetings and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We're impressed with Trawelt's agility and readiness to be there when needed.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything Trawelt can improve on. There are a lot of partners in this project, and Trawelt is just one of the parties involved.

Be direct and open in your communication with Trawelt from the start. They'll support you.

I’m a project coordinator at Unit Croatia, an IT association. We're a nonprofit association founded in 2011.

What challenge were you trying to address with Trawelt?

We needed help with our association’s rebranding. We were previously named CISEx, which stood for Croatian Independent Software Exporters. Last year, the IT sector started growing exponentially, so the members of our association saw the need to expand our scope. Not all of our members were software exporters, so we reached out to Trawelt to help us come up with a new name, a new narrative, and a new goal for our association.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We initially sat down with Trawelt and told them that our association wasn’t meeting the needs that it needed to meet. We wanted a new name, to involve more people, broaden the scope, come up with new goals, and motivate other people to join us. We wanted all of the IT sector in Croatia to come together in this association, not just software exporters as before. We talked with Trawelt to help us achieve that.

We had a series of conversations about our needs and wishes for the association. Trawelt wrote everything down and sat with the five most prominent people in the association and some of the members. We all shared our vision and goals for the association sometime down the line. Trawelt helped us put all of our ideas and wishes into one. We weren’t sure that we were on the same page, but they helped connect all of the dots in the beginning.

Then, Trawelt started working on a new name. There were three rounds of name picking. Ultimately, we've chosen Unite Croatia, which was Trawelt’s idea. In addition to the new name, the team has also helped us come up with the entire brand narrative. They've helped us rewrite the goal, motivation, and everything. They've also helped us create the narrative on our new website.

The rebranding is still fresh, so we still have a lot of questions. We're also defining things, so we're still collaborating with them.

We started working together in September 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We had a big rebranding event where we presented the new name, website, and narrative to our members. It was quite successful, with more than 200 members in attendance. We've also created a new Instagram profile, and the numbers are rising every single day. The overall number of our members has grown since the rebranding. More and more people are deciding to join us every single day.

How did Trawelt perform from a project management standpoint?

Trawelt is very easy to work with. There have been times when we talk to them 2–3 times a week. We have some questions and ideas, and we talk about them all the time. It has been a very smooth and super-efficient process. We’re very happy with the project management. We communicate via phone calls, emails, in-person meetings, and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their flexibility and understanding of the assignment are impressive. They've understood the assignment and anticipated our needs even before we were able to pinpoint exactly what we needed. They've really got the memo about what we wanted and have come up with the best solution for us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We’re still coming up with some things we’d like to tweak a bit. We weren’t as sure at the beginning of the project, but they've done their best. Even now, when we decide to change something, they’re very responsive and help us immediately.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Explain your needs as best as you can. Keep an open mind, and Trawelt will come up with the best ideas. They’ll show you possibilities that you haven’t even anticipated at the beginning of the project.

The main outcome was that we accepted the proposed brand strategy in its entirety. Travlet provided well-reasoned explanations for any points of uncertainty, and with minor adjustments and adaptations, we adopted the brand strategy. Of course, everything was completed within the agreed deadlines without unnecessary iterations.

Trawelt provided us with comprehensive rebranding services and adapted our market strategy in line with the new visual identity. As part of their services, they carried out a complete overhaul of our visual identity, developed a strategy and an entirely new website, as well as a marketing approach strategy and public presentation plan.

We are in special (law) industry so we can not measure outcomes in classic way. However, our reach with new brand strategy and visual identity is much higher. On top, our law firm now significantly differs from others, and our visual identity and approach clearly express our values and our relationship with clients.

I’m the COO of CarrGolf Travel, an inbound travel agent and ground tour operator. We do customized golf tours for small groups, primarily in Ireland, Scotland, and the UK.

What challenge were you trying to address with Trawelt?

We have a Salesforce-based CRM system customized by Capteo. We’ve been working with Capteo since 2017, but we don’t have any in-house technology expertise regarding Salesforce and the customization within Capteo. As a result, we needed a partner to do the backend technical work that we don’t understand how to do in Capteo and Salesforce.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Trawelt has focused on Salesforce integration for us. They've also assisted us with an integration with HubSpot. Initially, we worked through a third party who was doing the integration between HubSpot and Capteo for us. The customization in Capteo from a Salesforce perspective was a blocker for them, so Trawelt had to fix it.

We initially set out a project plan with Capteo regarding the improvement areas that needed to be made. They then identified areas that Trawelt would work on for us, and we discussed those projects in more detail with Trawelt directly.

What is the team composition?

We primarily work with Peter, the account manager, and Anita, our project manager.

How did you come to work with Trawelt?

Capteo was already working with Trawelt for other customers. We needed to get our upkeep with Capteo up to date. We were actually quite behind from an upgrade perspective. So, there was a lot of work ongoing in the background with Capteo, who realized we didn’t have the depth of knowledge in our own team and recommended a partnership with Trawelt going forward.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around €20,000–€25,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Trawelt in February 2024, and our partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Through the changes Trawelt is making, we’ve been making progress and becoming more efficient. Thanks to their expertise, they have absolutely solved our problem and done a great job.

We have lots of ideas of what we’d like to try and do and how to utilize the system. With Trawelt, we’ve been able to make our side from an operational perspective much more efficient. We’re doing better reporting, and the team has much more information.

In fact, we’re capturing more information and are able to report back to our sales and marketing team regarding customer insights and feedback. Alongside them, we will have more customization work to do.

How did Trawelt perform from a project management standpoint?

At first, we didn’t understand the volume of work that was needed and the ongoing maintenance. We’ve gone from Capteo providing us with support to them suggesting external support. Trawelt has been that solution.

It has definitely cost us a lot more than we had anticipated because we hadn’t planned for it. Nevertheless, from my perspective, it’s been worth the investment, and we know that it’s an ongoing relationship that we need to continue.

We do everything through email and video meetings. We track changes and progress through Google Drive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very open to ideas. We come to them with a problem, and they find a solution. If they don’t understand the solution straight away, they will go back to Capteo and find out. The team has provided solutions to us that Capteo hadn't envisioned. However, Trawelt has been able to work with them to find the solution.

To sum it up, the team is very determined to find a solution for their customers, and I’ve been very impressed by this. They know the Salesforce product very well.

Furthermore, Trawelt is very clear in communicating to us what we need to do. They’ve probably been a little bit frustrated with us being slow in coming back to them with information. In our peak season, we’ve had that conversation. This isn’t a priority for us, but they’ve been very good. Anita has been good, too; she works closely with our operations managers in terms of report building.

Overall, Trawelt has been fantastic to work with; I'd really recommend them to other businesses. They listen to us, know exactly what we're doing, and work hard to deliver things the way we want them, and everybody is happy.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s very little Trawelt can improve on. They’ve been really good. Where they see gaps that they think they can help us, they’ve been open with us and made suggestions to us. If something can’t be done, they’ve been clear on it or looked at an alternative as well.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Schedule regular video meetings. Rather than a lot of emails back and forth with screenshots, spending an hour talking through solutions with Trawelt means getting through things quicker. You'll be able to look at different options and talk through them live, as opposed to lots of email engagement back and forth on it.

Try to use a weekly meeting to establish what needs to be done by the following week. If quick decisions need to be made, email communication can be used in between. If there’s a problem, wait until the following week to have the conversation and move forward from there.

This engagement was a key part of implementing Fina’s Digital Transformation Strategy 2021–2025, with the broader goal of strengthening brand visibility, enhancing the user experience, and positioning Fina as a national leader in public sector digitalization.

The scope of work included strategic brand development, internal alignment, and foundational tools to support long-term brand consistency across all channels. The collaboration was extensive and multifaceted, but the key deliverables were:

• Brand Strategy:
  A comprehensive corporate brand strategy was developed to define Fina’s brand positioning, tone of voice, visual identity principles, and strategic brand architecture. The strategy established a unified direction for how Fina and its associated brands are presented across all stakeholder touchpoints.
• Definition of Brand Development Metrics:
  A tailored framework of brand performance indicators was created to help Fina monitor brand growth and strategic alignment over time. These metrics support data-driven decision-making and allow for continuous optimization of branding efforts.
• Development of a Brand Code and Handbook for Internal Staff:
  A brand code was designed to embed brand values into internal culture. This included a detailed handbook outlining the expected brand behavior, language, and visual consistency, aimed at helping employees act as brand ambassadors.

It was pretty straight forward to demonstrate sucess in our case. If the email was sent with the proper information and good format and was also kept in Salesforce under the right record, that's success.

On a long term, we will value the success of this development through the amount of tours handled by user and their subjective experience.

Items were delivered on time and they were easy to communicate with. If our team spotted something to be changed, Trawelt adapted really quick to our needs.
