I’m the CEO and founder of Kerrageous Inc., an international professional sales training company. I primarily focus on the wealth and asset management space, but I also provide training for anyone in sales. I leverage global warrior concepts combined with sales skills.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Learngistics?
I wanted to launch an online Warrior Sales Academy. I did the project in three phases, starting with content creation and research. I also did market analysis and product comparisons with different online learning programs. From there, I wanted to create everything from scratch, but I'm not tech-savvy, so I needed help with the backend design and frontend development. At that point, I hired an intern to help me with some of the platform build.
In phase two, I wanted a video production company to record the videos I would put into this platform.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Learngistics produced 64 videos for my learning platform, handling preproduction, production, and postproduction. They created everything from scratch using my colors, logos, music I like, and graphic designs aligned with the brand.
For the production, Learngistics provided a proposal that clearly outlined the steps involved in pre-production, production, and editing. They also took the time to understand me, my business, and my content. They also sourced the vision for the set and created the set design. They found a studio and provided the crew with a camera, lighting, and technology. I wanted to do some live demos with real people. Learngistics suggested that we produce them by taping them online using Riverside. The demos then went into the videos.
Once the videos were taped, Learngistics edited them in the postproduction stage. They added the music, lighting, sound, colors, and graphics.
What is the team composition?
At least two crew members were involved, so there were three people in total.
How did you come to work with Learngistics?
I facilitate contracts for a major bank in Canada and provide virtual sales training for the bank’s financial planners. The same bank has hired Learngistics to produce webinars. One day, I was chatting with a producer and saying I was having difficulty finding a one-stop shop that would do preproduction, videography, and editing. Usually, I would have to hire multiple people, which would add up to thousands of dollars. Learngistics offered to do everything from A to Z.
My biggest challenge was keeping the project at a rate I could afford. I researched different video production companies and found Louis, the president of Learngistics. A couple of things jumped out. Firstly, they operated in the learning and development space, so they were familiar with my industry and the vision of what I wanted to create.
Secondly, they were able to offer their services at a significantly lower cost than the other competitors we looked at. Thirdly, since I had been working for 6–7 years on this project, I needed a true partner, not just a service provider. I needed someone willing to go above and beyond and work with me to bring some creativity and innovation to the table. I also appreciated that they kept things easy for me regarding the technical aspects.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project lasted from March–April 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
In the third phase, my intern is uploading the videos to the learning platform. She said they were amazing. The quality of the videos was fantastic, and the creativity and thought that went into them were above and beyond. I didn’t expect that level of detail.
After this, I will sell and market the programs. There are a million different online learning platforms, so I wanted to create something innovative and creative that was perfectly aligned with my brand. Learngistics did that with very little direction from me; they were super creative and proactive. They went above and beyond to deliver excellence. Their work ethic aligned with mine — they did whatever it took to complete the project. Learngistics put in more time and effort than was originally agreed to because they wanted the product to be at the level I needed.
Moreover, their suggestion of using Riverside for the demos was brilliant, and I hadn't even thought of it. I could sit in the comfort of my own office and create a demo with a client from Philadelphia online, and Learngistics would tape it and make it into a video.
How did Learngistics perform from a project management standpoint?
Learngistics was extremely professional and set extremely clear expectations. They were well-organized and managed the whole project, honoring all the deadlines. We got what we signed up for.
We used email and met on Louis' Zoom. We also used WeTransfer to share the videos back and forth, and we'll use Vimeo in the third phase.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Our platform has asynchronous learning, and It was very important to me that it was as interactive and engaging as it could possibly be. Learngistics and Louis provided that experience, helping me create an online learning experience that was off-the-charts engaging, even though it was virtual. They delivered more than some of the expensive production companies I interviewed. They came to the table with ideas and suggested things to try — it was really cool.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They’re experts, so take direction from them and be open to it. Pay attention to the details in the preproduction phase. If the preproduction is nailed down, the production will be much more efficient and effective. For example, Louis strongly recommended minimizing the cost of studio time and being prepared with the script on a teleprompter. I really resisted it because I had 64 videos, and that's a lot of writing. Learngistics pushed and challenged me to be better prepared than I normally would have been, and that preparation saved me money.

What challenge were you trying to address with Learngistics?
I needed help with Zoom production for two different projects, one for each of my companies.

What was the scope of their involvement?
For one project, we were doing a five-week synchronous training program for a group of rehabilitation professionals in Florida. We wanted to be as interactive as possible, so we wanted to push the limits of technology to get as much engagement as possible. Learngistics provided Zoom production services for the program.
We did a lot of preparation before the first session. Learngistics provided two people for the project, so they had redundancy. Before each week, we’d meet for an hour to run the show. Afterward, we’d send the recordings back and forth. Learngistics also cleaned up some of the recordings for me after each week so I could share them in the future.
For the second project, I created a session that we needed to convert from in-person to Zoom. Learngistics helped me with that.

We worked with two people from Learngistics: Audrey and Sabby. Both of them knew exactly what was going on, and all the participants knew both of them.

Those people were very competent and worked well together. There was always good communication, so I was never confused about who was handling what. They did the opening session and told people all the Zoom edits we were going to do beforehand. We used Zoom and an interactive tool called Mentimeter. We also communicated via email.

What challenge were you trying to address with Learngistics?
We ran conferences and workshops virtually every year. Our conferences were open to the public, and we never knew the type of reach we’d have or who might attend. Before working with Learngistics, we were doing in-person events on our campus.
However, due to the number of attendees and interest, we had folks internationally participating in our events. As a result, we decided to move forward with virtual events. So we hired Learngistics to help us with our IT needs.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Learngistics provided IT and production support for our virtual events. The team facilitated our events and also helped us with dry runs. Usually, the week before our conferences, they met with all of our presenters virtually. The team then checked the audio and video to ensure everything was up and running before the actual conference.
While we were at the event, we had a live Google Docs document. Learngistics also supported us by monitoring the chat throughout the event. So, if there were technical issues on the participant’s side, the team quickly jumped in and supported them individually. Moreover, they handled the Q&A sessions at the end of our events. We fed them questions on the Google Doc, and they gave them to the presenter.

We typically worked with two people: Audrey, the senior producer, and Kim, the production assistant.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Learngistics was incredibly helpful, and their quality of work surpassed our expectations. Because of Learngistics' support, we decided to hold fewer in-person events at our campus. In fact, we shifted exclusively to virtual workshops and conferences. We held monthly workshops and larger conferences twice a year, and Learngistics supported us for each of those events. We typically received between 500 and 2,000 attendees per event.
Overall, we felt at ease knowing that they would be there to support us should there be any technical issues or questions we couldn’t answer on our own. We felt very comfortable.
How did Learngistics perform from a project management standpoint?
We primarily reached out to them via email. We also did Zoom sessions and phone calls. Learngistics was super responsive and receptive and could follow along, shifting gears very quickly. If there was a technical issue happening, they were on it. They intervened immediately, sometimes even before we realized what was going on.
We were very fortunate to have them on our team. Besides, the team delivered work on time and always stayed within budget.
Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?
Audrey was amazing. She was instrumental in supporting us throughout the project. Louis was quick and efficient as well.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Our time differences could factor in since we worked with presenters worldwide. However, the team was always willing to jump in and make themselves available, regardless of the time or day. Having that level of access was tremendously helpful.
We’re also grant-funded, so sometimes, we never knew when our funding would come in. Nonetheless, Learngistics was very patient and supportive of our program. They understood that our grants office could take a couple of weeks to get things together. There were many layers at the university, but they were very flexible with that.
We did a couple of virtual events before working with them, and it was noticeable that they eased the event management. They took the stress away from us regarding production and avoiding potential catastrophes.
Learngistics always met with us and our presenters well in advance, so we were never logging on five minutes before or trying to work things through.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there weren't any.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Trusting Learngistics’ expertise and professionalism will be huge. Keep in mind that they’re super prepared, professional, and fun, putting presenters at ease. They’re very clear as well. This will help you tremendously in easing the burden of your events.

This ws our first ever Division-Specific AGM, so ensuring that it went off without any issues was imperative. We hti our target audience numbers, the digital tools that Learngistics had set up all worked according to expectations, and they even provided us with digital recordings of the event for our later use. All of the feedback from the event was amazing, and our feedback for Learngistics is the same!

What challenge were you trying to address with Learngistics?
We partner with accounting firms and work on a referral basis with their clients, so we were looking for someone to help us hold a conference to bring in new accounting firms.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Learngistics helped us strategize and execute a virtual conference. They organized and maintained all technical aspects to deliver an effective event. We initially discussed the requirements for the event, such as the length of the conference and the number of speakers who’d be participating.
They then created a work fact schedule with all the deadlines and deliverables. They implemented STAGE TEN, Zoom, and Wonder as the main platforms for the conference. Moreover, they also built an interactive website where people could click through and visit each room in the conference.
What is the team composition?
I worked with Louis (President) who helped with the initial onboarding, a point person, and a producer.
How did you come to work with Learngistics?
They were referred to us by a branding consultant who had Learngistics as a client. We found that they were the right company to help us because they were very professional and they clearly understood our goals.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent about $10,000 CAD (approximately $8,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from July–September 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Learngistics helped us achieve our attendance goals for the conference and had a number of follow-ups from interested prospects after the event. The conference itself was very smooth despite some minor hiccups we couldn’t control, and we’ve also received a lot of positive feedbacks from our attendees.
How did Learngistics perform from a project management standpoint?
Their performance was great. They were very good at keeping us accountable for what we had to provide them, and we never had to wait on them for anything — it was very well-managed.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We were impressed with how smoothly the event came together. It took a lot of work in the backend, and the fact that it was executed seamlessly was a huge benefit for us.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Nothing is really coming to mind at the moment, as we really had a good experience working with them.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I would say to leave yourself a lot of time to get the requirements of the project in order, because it’s always better if you don’t try to accomplish everything last minute. Engage Learngistics early and trust their expertise.

Our employees are spread all over Canada and work remotely. During these COVID-19 pandemic times, it’s hard to feel a good connection with them, so we wanted to host a unique event that could go beyond a Zoom meeting to interact and engage with our employees.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Learngistics helped us host a social event that allowed us to engage and keep the morale high among our organization members. The event started with a comedian who gave a 30-minute show. Then people could choose between three different rooms; one was a lounge, another was a cooking demonstration, and the other was a tarot reading group. People could go from room to room —it was fun.
They provided us with an online platform and designed a lobby where our employees could go in and choose what they wanted to do.
