·         Built on and extended prior LNQP work, starting with an update of the existing market model to validate initial assumptions

·         Upon Henk’s outreach, confirmed that the predicted growth rate was within ~5% deviation; however, the market base was initially underestimated (actual market size was lower at project start)

·         Conducted a deep dive into a specific funding scheme central to the acquisition target

·         Reviewed ZIM networks, with an additional detour into the Austrian funding scheme

·         Integrated all insights into a commercial due diligence, incorporating a customer perspective to validate the business model and highlight key risks and opportunities

Conducted management and customer interviews with the target company, followed by a summary presentation

Market Sizing Methodology Development and Execution: design a market model for efficient sizing of diagnostic test panels and document the approach. Apply the methodology to size the market for five diagnostic panels, prioritise based on initial results and perform full market validation for single panel. 
Activities included in the scope: custom market model development, desk research, expert interviews with medical professionals, survey of over 100 medical professionals in 5 countries (setup, recruiting, execution, evaluation and reporting), consolidation and synthesis of the findings for management.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• The model is established, tested, and supported by cross-functional internal reviews and external expert validation.
• Market sizing was benchmarked against an independent external source for one pilot country, with outcomes aligning within ~20%.
• Study outputs have influenced internal hypotheses and shaped management decision-making.
• The methodology remains actively used to evaluate further opportunities, demonstrating its scalability and relevance.

We initially expected more written deliverables (e.g., slides) to support managment pre-read and meetings. After early feedback, the LNQP team quickly adapted to our needs and ensured all the required materials were well prepared

We were not in a position to make an accurate accessory plan before the deployment. The KPI FC Accuracy for our accessories was sustainably improved by the developed tool, storage costs were reduced and the readiness to deliver was improved
