Since then, the project management has been well-structured and efficient, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time. If ever I have something urgent to address, I can text them directly. I’ve never waited longer than an hour for someone to get back to me. They monitor our system daily, and I get monthly reports telling us how our computers are doing. I deal with sensitive billing and insurance, and my biggest concern is having our system compromised. They monitor it so carefully, and keep up with changes to industry requirements. I appreciate them keeping me updated to any changes we need to make.

I don’t know what they used on their end, but to communicate with me we used email and Google Docs because you could document everything and have a bullet point list of what needed to be done. If I needed to call them, I could have. If I sent them an email, more than likely it was returned on the same day. One of the biggest issues with hiring a firm overseas is the communication barrier: not only can you get higher quality products in the US, but the communication is ten times better.
