I think a really good company is one that acknowledges something isn’t right, or that it could be done more efficiently, and pursues those solutions. They really try to understand your company on a holistic level. They’re not our company, so they don’t necessarily understand us 100 percent. No contractor does, but their willingness to iterate and work on helping us achieve our goals really distinguishes them.

We’ve definitely experienced some project friction with Aware, but it’s never been insurmountable, and more importantly, they approach setbacks with an opportunistic mindset. The barriers and challenges we’ve faced have actually helped both of our companies work more effectively together. At the end of the day, the best service providers are the ones that strive to form symbiotic relationships with their clients. In other words, they’ve the ones that go the extra mile to comprehend the problems and goals on terms set by the client, rather than terms set by themselves.

5.0 Mar 12, 2013We’re quite pleased. We enjoy where we are with GP. It’s a substantial program with vast capabilities, and we’re still learning it. There’s still significant portions of the program that we don’t understand that we’re still trying to learn. We make efforts to accomplish minor learning tasks every day. The Web component has really been a huge advantage for us. The website, through the provider Azox, has 100 percent integration into GP. When a customer logs in with their unique reference number, they’re in our system, managing their account as if they’re one of our customer service reps. They can do just about everything that we can do on this end of the computer. For a company our size and in an industry like ours, that’s virtually unheard of. We’re very happy with those two aspects. GP grants a lot of flexibility and a lot of power that we didn’t have before.
