I would say that they have great technical ability but that's not it. They do a lot of work for free because they are true partners and want to help us. They helped us retrieve over 200 documents from IBM FileNet that we lost during the conversion. They didn't charge us for all of the extra work required to develop an extraction tool. I really like their mindset and project management.

I would go to them a lot with what I thought I wanted, which may not have been the correct solution. They would always propose different options, both positive and negative, to make the appropriate decision. We didn't use any specific project management tools. Before adopting SharePoint, we used Groove for communication. Our workflow worked well and conveying feedback was never a problem for us.
