SAP ERP System & Customization for Paper Manufacturer
“Based on the high quality of Accely's product and service, the solution will last us a long time.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the senior manager of exports and imports at a writing and printing paper manufacturer.
What challenge were you trying to address with Accely INC.?
We import and export goods, and we needed to manage that function better.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Accely provides us with an add-on product to be integrated into our Systems Applications and Products (SAP) system ERP. The product is based on ABAP language, and we’ve run Greenfield implementation. The solution helps us manage our imports, exports, and data trail, digitalizing our business process and recording data. Accely has also integrated compliance with Indian law. Currently, they provide maintenance for the product.
What is the team composition?
We have a key person who has implemented and designed this product.
How did you come to work with Accely INC.?
One of my colleagues referred them to me.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent about $13,000–$14,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in January 2022, and our engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Accely’s system is really well-built, and the functional requirements we needed to carry out our export and import function were 90%—95% there when we purchased it. The person who built the product from scratch has also developed our customizations, evident from his knowledge. They have expertise in supply chain management, logistics, and the functional technicalities involved.
Even though we’ve just started using it, the product is already helping us, and I’m hopeful that it’ll solve many of our problems in the future. Based on the high quality of Accely's product and service, the solution will last us a long time.
How did Accely INC. perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re good at project management and communication. We communicate via phone calls, text messages, emails, and calls through Google Meet and MS Teams. Overall, Accely is very professional; we haven’t had any problems with our requirements.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We appreciate that Accely’s point person has been in front of the implementation. He’s the brains behind the unit, and even though he has a senior position, he’s very humble. Having no delegation of our project is great.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They should have a person working parallel to their key developer in terms of knowledge. They're managing well at this point, but as their company grows, having only one person with essential knowledge could haunt them. They must plan for their growth in advance. Additionally, they should impart some delegation and expertise to customers who can handle the product independently.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
You should go for it! If Accely’s solution suits your needs, don't think twice about hiring them. They’re very cooperative and professional.

HRMS Model Implementation for Marble Manufacturing Company
“The team understood our business requirements very well.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the deputy general manager for a marble manufacturing company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Accely INC.?
We needed help to implement an employee center model.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Accely INC. developed and implemented our HRMS model. They configured it according to the SAP standards and provided consultancy.
What is the team composition?
We had 5–6 people on our team, including a project manager, 2–3 consultants, and a technical team.
How did you come to work with Accely INC.?
Our CEO contacted them and connected them to us.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from February 2018–February 2019. They continue to work on support.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Their quality of work was good, and they met all the requirements. We were on a manual basis before implementing the HRMS software, so they had a positive impact.
How did Accely INC. perform from a project management standpoint?
They were very cooperative, and the CEO was a friend to our management team. Although there was a three-month delay, 50% of it had to do with us; we didn’t gather the required data. The other 50% came from their efforts in getting our business requirements implemented in the system.
They used Excel to track their work, and we communicated via phone calls and emails.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The team understood our business requirements very well; they were very cooperative.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there wasn’t anything.

ERP Consulting & ERP Integration for Vehicle Manufacturing Company
"Our experience with them was very smooth. Accely INC. was very knowledgeable."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the IT head of VE Commercial Vehicle Limited. We manufacture and assemble commercial vehicles, such as buses and heavy-duty trucks, which we then dispatch to the market. We also have a collaboration with Volvo Sweden, from whom we’re getting a huge amount of imported components.
What challenge were you trying to address with Accely INC.?
We hired Accely Inc to provide SAP consulting services for our company.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We have two landscapes — manufacturing vehicles and manufacturing engines — and therefore have two different SAP systems. Accely INC. came in to redefine our import and export process.
We held multiple workshops with different functions, and the audit department was available during the discussion of the processes. We then received a final audit confirmation that stipulated the process and the integration of the SAP financial document with multiple validation and controls. Accely INC. told us what was available in the product and how it could address the gaps in our systems. We finalized the process, and they delivered that product.
Accely INC. tailored the solution such that all pre-activities can be done on the import system, and all export processes end up in the SAP once billing is done. The product was developed and deployed even though the requirements kept on coming from the business end.
Currently, that product is running our import-export processes, while the duty certificates are being issued by the government. There's also a compliance requirement coming from the government that we need to see to, but those kinds of updates and enhancements are regular processes for the product.
What is the team composition?
We don't know how many developers were on the project, but we had one point of contact who was always available to take the requirements and coordinate its delivery. Their backend development team, plus two more members, was also working with us on-site.
How did you come to work with Accely INC.?
One of our clients in Pithampur referred Accenly INC. We called them, received a demo, and found that their product was good. We then negotiated the terms of the contract with them before fully moving forward with the project.
How much have you invested with them?
I don't have an idea of the amount of money that was spent on the project. That was taken care of by the finance department.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started our collaboration in June 2019, and the product went live in December 2019.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Accely INC. had a fair understanding of processes from a business point of view and was thus able to run the process into our system. The quality and overall performance of their product are good. We’ve not encountered any issues with the integration so far, and we’ve not received any complaints from our users in terms of wrong document posting.
All kinds of information — such as earlier alerts, exception reports for certificate expiry, and usable amounts — are now system-generated, which has made our process even smoother. The dependency, which was there for the inbound and outbound, are all streamlined now, and there is no dependency nowadays.
We are working at a volume of 7,000 vehicles per month. We don't know yet how the system is going to support us once we increase to 20,000 units, but so far, we have no problem with manufacturing around 80,000–90,000 units within the organization.
How did Accely INC. perform from a project management standpoint?
There were no issues whatsoever. There was some delay during the user acceptance test phase, but everything was delivered as per the timeline and budget. Accely INC. understood the process in detail in order to continuously improve their product. Whatever we told them was done without any objection.
Their communication was also great. They worked with us on-site, and we had daily meetings with their team.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Our experience with them was very smooth. Accely INC. was very knowledgeable.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They did great with the project. We have no complaints about their work.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be as communicative as possible and provide the requirements for the execution of the project.

I’m the account and taxation manager for Organic India. We’re a manufacturing and marketing company that provides genuine, organic food and products to our clients.
What challenge were you trying to address with Accely INC.?
We hired them for their SAP consulting services.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They helped us redesign software that allowed us to manage our imports and exports. Specifically, they applied enhancements, added new features, and conducted maintenance support to improve the usability of our solution.
What is the team composition?
We worked with three people for their team: a project and two developers.
How did you come to work with Accely INC.?
We got a referral from someone who had worked with them before. That person provided us with links to their work and contact information so we could reach out to them.
How much have you invested with them?
I cannot disclose this information because of our company policy.
What is the status of the engagement?
We worked with them on this project from July–December 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The quality of their work was very good; their support was great, and they provided a specific solution for each of our requirements.
How did Accely INC. perform from a project management standpoint?
They were able to deliver the project on time and within our budget. We used Zoom, phone calls, and email as a means of communicating with them. They also redefined their process, making the import and export procedure a lot smoother. Prior to that, we were manually managing it through Excel, which was a little hectic.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their communication was great, and they listened and catered to our needs.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Everything went well, and I have nothing to complain about.
Any advice for potential customers?
If you want accurate results for your project, be clear in defining the scope of work and setting a realistic timeline to avoid any problems.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the group IT manager at The Bahri & Mazroei Group, a leading solution provider for electrical and lighting systems.
What challenge were you trying to address with Accely INC.?
We needed help with SAP migration and a CRM module.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They migrated our SAP from EHP4 to EHP6. Since then, we’ve upgraded to EHP7. We built our SugarCRM application and other services on top of the same platform. They deployed the sales automation module and we’ve been enhancing with other add-on features. They continue to work on it.
Our initial project took a couple of months. New modules are made in a month’s time. We’re adding a few enhancements. The time it takes to implement ranges from weeks to about a month.
What is the team composition?
I work with their project management team and the development team. There are 3-4 people involved in our project.
How did you come to work with Accely INC.?
We shortlisted some companies from multiple vendors for both the SAP project and the CRM project. We chose Accely INC. for both projects for their expertise and price.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent between $60,000–$70,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in January 2016, and the work is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They’re experts in both SAP and CRM implementation, easily understanding our requirements and providing a solution accordingly. Their previous experience is the reason we shortlisted them. They really sped up the deployment process for this project.
How did Accely INC. perform from a project management standpoint?
Project management is good. We communicate via email and a ticketing system. They track their own progress through Google Docs and sometimes we exchange updates through an Excel file.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re very understanding. We can easily discuss concerns or changes we want. They support us in accomplishing tasks within our intended timelines.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Project management could be improved. They could have better tools or a more systematic approach to prevent delays. Our projects may be too small for project management tools to make sense, though.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I recommend working with them.

I’m the group IT director for Tamouh Investments. It is a leading real estate company in Abu Dhabi, which is part of a larger group, International Holding Company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Accely Inc?
We needed help migrating to SAP S/4 Hana, from the ECC version.

They migrated us to S/4 Hana. They enabled a Fury system for us. It is a digitalization system, allowing people to do online transactions, seeing receivables, payables, budget, and more.
What is the team composition?
There were 10-12 people on the team, which was mainly offshore. The project manager was on-site, managing the team. I also interacted regularly with the CEO.
How did you come to work with Accely Inc?
They did a presentation for us. We invited several companies to participate in an RFP. We chose this team for their technical efficiency and expertise, as well as the high feedback rating on the RFP results.
How much have you invested with them?
500,000 dirhams (approximately $137,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from June 2019–February 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Regarding the migration phase, there was major transformation in our financial management. We had no issues in producing our financial reports and operations when the new system was deployed.
Regarding the Fury system phase, they had some resources leave the company, and it was not as smooth for us. However, they delivered what they promised, and there has been a major transformation with people doing daily transactions. Overall, we are satisfied with their work.
How did Accely Inc perform from a project management standpoint?
They did pretty well in this area. There were some communication gaps with the offshore team, and there were some delays, which were the result of a product issue, not the team’s fault.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They have technical knowledge and expertise, which they demonstrated throughout the project. They worked diligently to minimize downtime during the migration phase of the project. The management listened to our needs and wanted to make the project successful.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They underestimated the Fury phase budget and struggled with the delivery.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I am happy to recommend them for a migration project.

SAP Development and Consulting for Cement Manufacturer
“They take accountability and responsibility for the project delivery.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CIO of Century Cement, which is a manufacturing company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Accely INC.?
We have many applications, and one of those is for our backend. We run SAP HANA and hired Accel to support our development and application delivery.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They’ve also supported us during the design phases of multiple projects, along with development and support—the complete lifecycle. They produce functional design documents, and they deliver complete solutions, architecting the solutions and the processes.
They’ve helped us with several projects and solution deliveries pertaining to the SAP area and its modules. They’ve worked with us on all of our SAP HANA modules, including sales, distribution, and project maintenance. The programming language used is ABAP, and they’ve also helped us with a lot of core development on the AJAX stack: Asynchronous JavaScript and XML.
What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with upward of 10 consultants from Accely. They have a project manager within the team, along with functional and technical consultants, and a senior architect.
How did you come to work with Accely INC.?
We started an RFP process, but we’re also an SAP partner, so they recommend relevant providers. We chose Accely out of those options.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent upward of $200,000 so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with Accely in March 2018, and it’s ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The QA hasn’t been a problem at all: we conduct full user testing on the design and development work, then after signing these off, we move into production. They have subject-matter expertise, and they have experience working on different projects for different customers, so they bring different mindsets and solutions to the table.
From that perspective, we’ve gotten a lot of ideas on the consulting side, and it’s helped our business processes. They can identify which areas require standard business operating processes and which need a custom one.
How did Accely INC. perform from a project management standpoint?
They take accountability and responsibility for project delivery. We have on-site deployments, so we have in-person team interactions rather than through any tools. From a software skill and culture perspective, they blend in easily.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The quality and knowledge level of their consultants are pretty high, and we’ve never had any complaints.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t have any feedback in that area. Whatever the job and the scope assigned to them was, they fulfilled to the desired standard.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
It’s easy to work with them as they never hesitate to engage with the end-user or with the internal teams in order to come up with a solution. They’ve always felt like a part of our team and are willing to work hard. Their communication skills are high, which has added a lot, and they think outside the box.

We needed to identify the best ERP consultant for our needs. We also needed help with solving critical coding issues.
What was the scope of their involvement?

Nilesh (CEO, Accely INC.) has been involved in the entire process. He appointed an expert who has done several projects for the jewelry industry.
How did you come to work with Accely INC.?

How much have you invested with them?
We agreed on $12,000. We paid 25% when we signed the contract, and 25% is due at the end of this month.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in November 2018, and the work is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We feel the project will be successful. Accely INC. assigned a resource who has a lot of experience in the jewelry industry and helped us solve a long-standing issue. Our coding is now sorted.
How did Accely INC. perform from a project management standpoint?
I find them quite proactive. At the start of the project, Accely INC. shared their execution plan, timelines, and scope. They were transparent about how much time and resources they would need for the project.
They always let us know their availability for a Skype call or in-person meeting. Plus, they’re focused and prepared during meetings.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Accely INC. has an incredible knowledge base, which has been quite helpful. They’ve been able to bring their capability and credibility to the table.
They’re committed, which has given us a lot of confidence in our choice of vendor. We were skeptical about the strength of the team that would execute the project.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
