What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The QA hasn’t been a problem at all: we conduct full user testing on the design and development work, then after signing these off, we move into production. They have subject-matter expertise, and they have experience working on different projects for different customers, so they bring different mindsets and solutions to the table.
From that perspective, we’ve gotten a lot of ideas on the consulting side, and it’s helped our business processes. They can identify which areas require standard business operating processes and which need a custom one.
How did Accely INC. perform from a project management standpoint?
They take accountability and responsibility for project delivery. We have on-site deployments, so we have in-person team interactions rather than through any tools. From a software skill and culture perspective, they blend in easily.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The quality and knowledge level of their consultants are pretty high, and we’ve never had any complaints.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t have any feedback in that area. Whatever the job and the scope assigned to them was, they fulfilled to the desired standard.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
It’s easy to work with them as they never hesitate to engage with the end-user or with the internal teams in order to come up with a solution. They’ve always felt like a part of our team and are willing to work hard. Their communication skills are high, which has added a lot, and they think outside the box.
