Regarding the migration phase, there was major transformation in our financial management. We had no issues in producing our financial reports and operations when the new system was deployed.
Regarding the Fury system phase, they had some resources leave the company, and it was not as smooth for us. However, they delivered what they promised, and there has been a major transformation with people doing daily transactions. Overall, we are satisfied with their work.

They did pretty well in this area. There were some communication gaps with the offshore team, and there were some delays, which were the result of a product issue, not the team’s fault.

What challenge were you trying to address with Accely INC.?
We were looking for a company to help us maintain our enterprise system, which is the core system within our organization that supports our day-to-day operations and supply chain.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They've been our preferred SAP maintenance partner for the past few years. They've helped us with custom development and our SAP/ECC upgrade and migration. When we buy a new SAP product, they help us negotiate the best deal. They also handle implementation, trying to come up with the solutions that work best for our business. Currently, we're working with them on moving our SAP to the Cloud and they're helping us with a few other projects.
What is the team composition?
Their CEO is our primary point of contact.
How did you come to work with them?
We wanted to have on-site support, so we were looking for a firm with a local office in Mumbai. We invited Accely for an interview, after which we felt confident they'd do a great job.
How much have you invested with them?
We pay them ₹1 million INR ($15,200 USD) a year.

We started working with them in 2013 and the relationship in ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They've been instrumental in helping us tremendously improve the efficiency of our enterprise system. It's work in progress, but they've delivered everything we asked of them so far, adhering to the schedule.
How did they perform from a project management standpoint?
They're always on time. It's a collaborative project and we usually communicate via email.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their CEO is very hands-on and responds immediately to any issues, regardless of how big or small those issues are. He's always been available to get on the phone with us or come on-site.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They don't have a lot of senior managers, so we have to go to their CEO with any requests we have. That hasn't been an issue since he's always able to accommodate us. Still, it'd be nice if there were more senior people we could contact.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They're a fantastic team with a lot of experience in SAP. You won’t go wrong if you select them. They can also help you get a good deal during the SAP licensing negotiations.

Accely’s compliance to the scope, schedule and delivery expectations proved to be more than satisfactory. 250 users are now operating on the VAT updated platform. Their work on the VAT integration project gave us the confidence to hire them for the treasury project.
How did Accely perform from a project management standpoint?
They manage the projects through a hybrid on-site client operation and off-site development model. The project lead supports the interaction between the sites. They have done great in maintaining continuity between the projects. Accely is fully transparent and we have full access to all levels of the process.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They are a heavily delivery-focused company and they helped us quickly get projects operational.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Their service-level agreements (SLA) could have been a little better and provided more support.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I would tell them to give them a fast-tracked timeline and that Accely is reasonably priced.
