Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a CRM specialist at MAN Truck & Bus Polska. My company manufactures and sells trucks and other commercial vehicles.
What challenge were you trying to address with eVolpe Consulting Group?
We needed a local CRM system. The out-of-the-box system we chose a couple of years ago wasn’t a good fit for our company, so we decided to work with eVolpe Consulting Group.
What was the scope of their involvement?
eVolpe Consulting Group has been developing our system for the last five years, based on the features we request. They help us with day-to-day work and customize the system for our needs. We give them new ideas on a weekly and monthly basis, and they make the appropriate changes for our needs.
We’re using the SugarCRM open-source system — eVolpe Consulting Group is a SugarCRM development partner in Poland.
What is the team composition?
I have one contact person in their company. As far as I know, there are fewer than 10 developers doing changes for us.
How did you come to work with eVolpe Consulting Group?
They were selected before I came to work for the company. From what I know, my superior checked the pricing of different software and consultation services and decided to go with SugarCRM based on cost. At that time — five years ago — eVolpe Consulting Group was the only company that had an agreement with SugarCRM. They were the only ones available to develop our system.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with eVolpe Consulting Group in September 2014, and the partnership is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Before implementing the current CRM, we’d had a CRM in the company, but it was focused more on financials, numbers of units, and so on. We didn’t have a knowledge source on how our salespeople were performing, and we had no idea how to measure that. eVolpe Consulting Group helped us do a lot of things in the company regarding our sales metrics, like customer relationships and the output of our sales staff. We can now measure the work of our sales staff, set up calls with customers, and more.
How did eVolpe Consulting Group perform from a project management standpoint?
After 4–5 years, our way of contact and improving things between us has become really professional. We have agile interactions: we give them ideas, they implement those into the system, and we meet every two weeks to have them show us what they’ve done. Their workflow is really professional, and I think many companies could learn from them.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We’re very happy overall with the collaboration with eVolpe Consulting Group. They developed the system well for our company, and they deal with any problems or errors that it encounters. We haven’t had a situation where they couldn’t develop something we asked for. All our needs have been fulfilled.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t think so. Their level of service is fine.

Implementation of a modern tool for managing a large group of B2C and B2B contacts. Numerous integrations with Box platforms and proprietary solutions. Preparation of a service platform based on the functionalities available in CRM.

Based on local availability, flexibility in operation and project management methodology.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
At the beginning of its activity, Hendi managed the customer base from the excel level. Lack of knowledge was source on how Hendi's salespeople were performing, and measure it.
eVolpe helped do a lot of things in the company regarding our sales metrics, like customer relationships and the output of sales staff. Now we operate coherently and we are open to adopting new tools.

Weekly sprints and status meetings have proved to be a reliable method to carry out implementations at the highest level.

Reservation or delegation of teams for the exclusive use of the client.
The CRM has given the client new insights and data about its sales processes. eVolpe Consulting Group built an effective system and supplies helpful customizations that match the client’s request. Regular meetings and agile communication make for a professional collaboration.
