Polish IT job market and have substantial experience implementing large-scale projects
for global clients. As a result, they have so far engaged several dozen Polish engineers
through Winged IT under an IT staff augmentation model for our projects, and, over time,
selected individuals have transitioned to work directly with us. This is an ongoing
collaboration that we will continue to develop in the future.

Winged IT presented us with over 250 highly qualified candidates across a variety of
roles, including Senior Offensive Security Engineer, Operational Risk Engineer, Senior
Application Security Engineer, FullStack Engineer (Node.js + React), Java Engineer,

Senior Python Engineer, Python Technical leaders, Senior DevOps Engineer, Senior
Solution Engineer, and Senior Data Scientist.
So far, they have engaged several dozen Polish engineers for our projects, and many of
them have already joined us directly. This is an ongoing collaboration that we will
continue to develop in the future.

We had the opportunity to work with a team of highly skilled cybersecurity professionals who consistently demonstrated the ability to take direction and deliver strong results. The resources provided included expertise across incident response, security architecture, intelligence, penetration testing, threat hunting, IAM, and MDR/MSIEM operations.

They were instrumental in supporting Redpoint’s projects—strengthening security architecture, responding to incidents, managing access controls, and detecting threats in real time. They played a critical role in helping us build and mature our MDR team, assisting with everything from tool implementation and detection rule development to live incident response and resolution.

Through their efforts, we were able to establish a proactive threat-hunting program, improve our overall security posture, and implement clear security policies and processes. They also conducted thorough penetration testing to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities. Winged IT established a dedicated recruitment process tailored to DPDgroup IT Solutions Poland needs. DPDgroup IT Solutions Poland covered a wide range of operations and competencies, necessitating skills in diverse areas. Winged IT's recruitment strategy took into consideration requirements to reduce hiring risk by the client and offered a Try & Hire offer. 

This model eliminated the potential financial and operational risks associated with incorrect hires and gave the company a chance to understand the candidate's work style and productivity, ensuring they are the right fit for the role and the organization. In addition to the flexible Try & Hire model, a second cooperation model introduced was body leasing, also known as staff augmentation. 

This technique involved Winged IT providing IT specialists on a lease basis to DPDgroup IT Solutions Poland. This model offered DPDgroup IT Solutions Poland the ability to scale their workforce up or down based on project requirements without the long-term commitment and overheads associated with permanent hires. It also allowed DPDgroup IT Solutions Poland to access a vast talent pool of IT specialists, ensuring they always had the right skills to meet their project requirements.

Winged IT delivered over 40 contractors for DPDgroup IT Solutions Poland and allowed the client to employ part of them when DPDgroup IT Solutions Poland wanted to do so. They also headhunted several candidates whom the customer engaged directly. Tasks were delivered on time, and most of the client's needs were met. In IT staff augmentation, Winged IT had perfect results compared to other vendors. They proved to be very flexible and client-oriented.
