Winged IT recruited and delivered the technical specialist (in the staff augmentation model) according to our request. They also provided several candidates with whom we may engage in the future. In addition, they managed the paperwork and logistics related to delegating the Polish contractor to other EU countries, where our customers are based.

We could enlarge our project team by two developers with niche skills. One of those developers became an architect and worked with us through Winged IT for 30 months, being an essential person in our engineering team. They assigned several recruiters, researchers, and SPOC who helped us to promote Predica as an employer and our jobs for software developers and architects, attract, contact, and select the best candidates (including those not looking for a new job), verify their expertise, employment history, soft skills, and motivation, arrange their interviews with our decision-makers, and onboard successful applicants.

Cooperation is focused on search for quality and cost-efficiency in the recruitment process for fast-growing Tech Team. Winged IT established a dedicated recruitment process tailored to DPDgroup IT Solutions Poland needs. DPDgroup IT Solutions Poland covered a wide range of operations and competencies, necessitating skills in diverse areas. Winged IT's recruitment strategy took into consideration requirements to reduce hiring risk by the client and offered a Try & Hire offer. 

This model eliminated the potential financial and operational risks associated with incorrect hires and gave the company a chance to understand the candidate's work style and productivity, ensuring they are the right fit for the role and the organization. In addition to the flexible Try & Hire model, a second cooperation model introduced was body leasing, also known as staff augmentation. 

This technique involved Winged IT providing IT specialists on a lease basis to DPDgroup IT Solutions Poland. This model offered DPDgroup IT Solutions Poland the ability to scale their workforce up or down based on project requirements without the long-term commitment and overheads associated with permanent hires. In IT staff augmentation, Winged IT had perfect results compared to other vendors. They proved to be very flexible and client-oriented.

Our Japanese customer has recruited European R&D Talents in the UK for many years. In 2019, we proposed they check Poland’s talent pool, too. Winged IT, as a well-known company offering IT recruitment in Poland, supported us in preparing information regarding the high level of education in Poland and the skills of local Technology talent. Next, they provided us with CVs of dozens of Tech professionals from Poland interested in working for our client in Japan (after relocation) and meeting its requirements. 

We organized a customer managers’ trip to Poland to interview Polish candidates delivered by Winged IT. Winged IT was responsible for all the Agenda and scheduling meetings with applicants. As a result, the customer was impressed by the level of delivered candidates. The client decided to employ a few of them and relocate them to Japan. For us, it was an essential step in developing our business in Europe, which continues today.
