Texaport Ltd provides IT support whether we’re working in the office or remotely. They ensure that every team member has the technology required to do their job. They also assist with any internet or server issues in a timely manner. They work on our backend server so that our data is safe, secure, and accessible.

What was the team composition?

We initially dealt with a director and a manager to discuss our company’s needs and agree on the IT setup. Now we discuss any issues directly with our primary contact.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our company runs efficiently and we rarely have problems. Texaport Ltd fixes any connectivity or hardware issues in a timely manner. They inform us as soon as new data security guidelines or updated processes are released, and then they quickly put those in place.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow is extremely effective. We have a number of ways to get in touch with the team, which ensures we always have a point of contact who is available to manage any issues or queries.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They always deal with issues in a timely manner. We never have to wait overly long for problems to be resolved. They work hard to ensure that we’re able to work with few IT issues. Texaport Ltd often flags and resolves issues before we even notice there’s a problem.

We reached out to Texaport for some general IT services for our office in Scotland. Our previous provider was based in California and the time difference was starting to present too many challenges to continue the relationship.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Texaport initially provided IT support as we moved our office to a new location, setting up our servers from scratch. They continue to provide any tech support needed based on help tickets we submit to their team.

What is the team composition? 

I work directly with the managing director, but they have an entire team ready to handle tickets as we submit them on an ad-hoc basis.

How did you come to work with Texaport Ltd?

The owners of the building we're renting from had worked with Texaport and recommended them to us. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We've been working with them since around January 2018.

Thanks to Texaport's support, our systems operate flawlessly. Their tech support has been very reliable and great overall.

They're very responsive. As soon as we submit a ticket, their team starts working on it right away. They're also able and willing to show up to our office within minutes when necessary–I couldn't ask for a better IT team.
