Roger was a great help to us as he led the transformatoin of the IT side of our business. He lead the transtition from a Physical to Virtual environment, transitioned staff to their new acess points, upgraded devices, instructed us on device security, as well as maintain as a provider for any IT issues that we have.

Our business is now in a much better position than we were before we went into this proejct. We are less vulnerable to cyber attacks, and have updated our technology to be more efficent and wise.

Roger checked in with me constantly to ensure that we are meeting project demands, as well as being on time. There was a constant flow of communiction on their end, to myself, my CEO and my Ops lead. Crown has one POC (Support@CrownComputers.com) that allows for us to submit our requests. This allows for any available Engineer to respond. We have had great response from the Crown team and the Engineers are consistent in their approach, so there is never confusion regarding the responses to our requests.

The entire Crown team has a generous and service oriented approach to our requests. Their company culture revolves around serving our needs with purpose. Roger Coleman has been great to work with. He came on site to install one piece of hardware and graciously handled several other tasks that we requested of him. One of the things we were looking for when we switched IT MSPs was a team that would educate us. Roger is patient and quite good at explaining various aspects of IT.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Crown Computers inc could have done differently?

We haven't experienced any deficiencies in Crown's performance. In fact, they were put in a rather unfortunate position during our transition because our previous MSP would not cooperate. The Crown team handled the situation very professionally.
