Most people who have technical skills end up focusing on doing things for the sake of tech. But he has a customer service focused mindset and the technical skills to help manage troubleshoot, and provide good service to our team. It's not common to find somebody like that. Usually, folks that have technical skills tend to be pretty dogmatic about their skills, but our lead tech isn’t like that. He's very customer focused and has a deep knowledge in managing IT.

5.0 Jul 31, 2015We get reports from them on call times and tickets responded to. They've been great. Even having low expectations because of our previous company, they go above and beyond. We have 50 people, and our technology is not in the best shape. They're very responsive. They follow through really well and make sure that if they don't hear from a customer or if they need more information they follow up with us. Framework Communications is really good at not just going in and fixing something and charging us for it. One thing my internal IT guy has said – they're really good at saying, 'I can show you how to fix that.' They are my IT because I trust them. I trust they're looking out for my best interest. I feel like they go the extra step to understand what I want. No company is the same as another with their IT needs. They really listen to what my needs are and make sure they're recommending something that will meet it. They're not afraid to tell me if I'm making the wrong decision and explaining to me why.

Initially, they just had a few strong personnel, but now I can say that everyone there is strong, helpful, and supportive. I’ve been able to watch Adam (CEO) grow into this IT company that I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone in the market. It’s gotten to the point where if they send me a quote, I trust them. This is a vendor I would wholeheartedly recommend and it would be pretty much seamless. I don’t think I’d need to give them any disclaimers, warnings, or anything like that. They’d be adopting a partnership with trust, which is why I’d recommend them in the first place.

5.0 Mar 3, 2025Usually, they are pretty quick in resolving issues; if something from servers needs to be replaced or they don't need to order it, they resolve it within a day or two when they need to come to our office. Still, if they can do it remotely, they get it done within hours. They do a good job of meeting deadlines and communicating, but if it's just them. It gets complicated when another third party is involved.

Moreover, we haven't had any issues securely transferring documents to and from opposing counsel without hacking. Their system works consistently; everything runs fine during remote access and in the office, so they take great care of us. Aspire excels at diagnosing computer issues and getting things straightened out right away. They're also very good at understanding when something is an emergency and has to jump to the front of the line.
