5.0 Apr 24, 2017Every once in a while, we will hear suggestions about what features should be more accessible, and we can go back to KDG to see if those are possibilities. If they are, KDG will make the change, even though it wasn’t in the original scope of work. If we ask KDG to do something different, they will either come back to us and provide a no-cost option along with an alternative timeframe for what we want. In 11 years of working with KDG, we have never gotten a surprise like an unexpected bill or a missed timetable, without prior notification from the team.
