For example, we had a couple of projects not getting completed in a timely fashion, after walking through our concerns they initiated a weekly call so there was a dedicated time each week to discuss any outstanding issues.

4.0 Aug 4, 2015Framework Communication tries to be preemptive and proactive about some situations as far as keeping on track of what they can make better, instead of always being retroactive. They look at other ways of finding a solution before the problem happens. I like the more preventative approach because we really rely on our IT infrastructure for all of our daily tasks and operations.
