They're great; they send out monthly reports to us and reach out regularly. It continues to be a very good working relationship overall. Their technicians are approachable and professional. Unlike other technicians we've worked with in the past, Techmd's staff is easy to deal with and talk to whenever they visit the office or speak to us over the phone.

5.0 Nov 13, 2020TechMD is a professional team. They’ve helped us save money and make our jobs easier. They brought a vision for us, and they quickly became a partner. I always tell my other vendors that, if they’re talking to TechMD, they’re talking to us. They’re one of the few vendors that I rarely refer to as a vendor; I almost always refer to them as a partner, because that’s really what they are. In general, much of the feedback is anecdotal. A lot of people fear having to make the call and ask for help with whatever it is, but I never hear that from my staff. They’ll sometimes tell us that TechMD is still working on the problem, but that it’s been great working with them.

We have a Microsoft Teams chat for urgent inquiries and open email communication. Bit by Bit Computer Consultants’ communication is impressive. **They’re always willing to do better**. **They take their CSAT and customer satisfaction very seriously**. It’s always nice to have someone who actually cares and sees you as a partner.

5.0 Mar 3, 2025Usually, they are pretty quick in resolving issues; if something from servers needs to be replaced or they don't need to order it, they resolve it within a day or two when they need to come to our office. Still, if they can do it remotely, they get it done within hours. They do a good job of meeting deadlines and communicating, but if it's just them. It gets complicated when another third party is involved.
