I’m the IT manager of Birmingham Mind, a non-profit organization. We’re an independent mental health charity that provides person-centered support, crisis intervention, helplines, and wellbeing hubs to help individuals across Birmingham recover from and manage mental health challenges.

Technical Drive has been helping us with our multi-site network infrastructure. Their work includes provisioning and deploying robust enterprise Wi-Fi networks and hardware. The team has also been upgrading our hardware and routing, setting up core network equipment, site links, and secure local routing to maintain fast, synchronized network connections across five regional branches.
Moreover, Technical Drive has been providing cybersecurity and compliance management. Their work includes implementing advanced security software, automated perimeter defense, continuous data monitoring, and scheduled patching protocols. The team has also been providing direct technical advisory and administrative support to help our charity successfully achieve its Cyber Essentials certification.
