Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the office manager and assistant accounting officer at GEIB & COMPANY. We provide accounting services to business owners, public companies, and non-profits.

What challenge were you trying to address with PCe Solutions?
We needed resources to handle provide managed IT services.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They deal with all of our IT needs, including connection and server updates, system backups, and troubleshooting. When we have technical issues, they provide virtual CTO services and offer consultations. Currently, they’re rolling out six new computers into the office and installing a new scanning software.
What is the team composition?
We generally submit requests to their support line via email, but we also have access to their team. Our main contact is David (Senior Network Administrator, PCe Solutions) but we’ll often hear from their technical team lead, too.
How did you come to work with PCe Solutions?
We had worked with David before he started working for PCe Solutions. When he left his previous job, we moved our business with him.
How much have you invested with them?
So far, we’ve invested $4,000 CAD ($3,045 USD) per month.
What is the status of this engagement?
Their work began in January 2015 and is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They’re lifesavers, and we go to them for everything IT related. We had issues with our phone system when our telecommunication carrier dropped our service during a move. PCe Solutions took the lead and contacted the company on our behalf. Within 24 hours, we had our phones up and running.
How did PCe Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve been excellent. As I’ve mentioned, we send emails to submit any inquiries or requests and receive an automated confirmation. From there, a staff member will respond to us within 15 minutes. During tax season, they’ll respond immediately. We can also reach their president by phone for emergencies.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I appreciate that they’re always up-to-date on the latest technologies. Furthermore, I value the quality of their responses and our back and forth. I can always refer back to our emails if I mess up and correct myself without contacting them needlessly.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Don’t be afraid to contact them. They respond to everything right away; anytime we have a problem, we know that we can just call them, which is important to us.
