Guided us on appropriate Barracuda email services that would work in our sensitive environment. And then implemented the various applications carefully resolving problems -- time-consuming to debug -- to achieve a superb outcome.

They doggedly solved interface issues and politely worked with our non-techie staffer to bring about a smoothly functioning implementation of Barracuda email service protection of all our user accounts. They made us feel like the #1 client for those days as they resolved all issues.

Everything was up and running faster than they (and we) expected.

Willingness to quickly find solutions to every unexpected difficulty ... of which there were many. Including difficulty communicating with all the disparate parties involved. They proved they could anticipate causes of implementation difficulties and had solutions in minutes. Headspinningly fast, competent service.

Datalink Networks Inc. has been instrumental in transforming our IT infrastructure, making it significantly more secure and resilient. Their consistent delivery across all projects, paired with exceptional service, has made them a trusted partner. They proactively share insights on emerging technologies, helping us enhance both our business operations and technical environment. In critical situations, their rapid response and hands-on support have been invaluable—providing immediate assistance when we need it most.

Regarding specific projects, we've worked on rebuilding our network infrastructure to be more robust and secure. Additionally, we've implemented multiple solutions for extra network, email, and data security. Their work includes network infrastructure rebuilding, implementing additional security and redundancy, and providing monthly support.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We noticed increased security throughout our IT infrastructure. For example, once we installed Barracuda, we filtered out thousands of phishing and scam emails that would have taken time from our employees to filter and delete.

Datalink Networks Inc. also helped upgrade our network switches, increasing our network bandwidth throughout the company. This upgrade allowed us to have smoother video calling and leverage more cloud resources.
