We needed WritePal to write our business plan so that we could pitch it to investors. We needed something done fast, and with a high quality of writing and also an understanding of the financial components.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

I was looking for someone on Google. Their branding spoke to me. They seemed to understand what our needs were before we contacted them.

We required a business plan that would showcase our service to potential investors and to loan officers at banks. They were able to effectively show us the what they could do for us, and we decided to proceed. They completed the entire project in less than two weeks.

We had a project manager, and I believe they were in charge of an accountant, market researcher, graphic designer and market analyst.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

They were able to get our entire business into a 40-page document that we were able to use to contact investors. We are still working with them in securing funding by pitching our business plan to investors and to banks.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We were able to effectively give them the information they asked, and they took around 12 days to get that back to us in the form of a business plan. They updated us on the financial info, which we then approved, about halfway through the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed with their ability to listen and keep our project on track. The quality of the document was also much better than we expected and could have ever asked for.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We can't really think of anything. They delivered above our expectations.

WritePal helped us write a pitch deck and business plan that looks like it will get us funded. They were able to work with us to understand our business, and make sure that we were realistic in our projections. They clearly explained the process and made what seemed to be insurmountable into something that is very easily to digest. We will definitely keep working with WritePal, as we have other projects on the go, and we are currently pursuing VC funding with them and bank loans for PassTheMop. It’s an excellent company, and they really help businesses compete with large competitors by clearly laying out the process and completing the various necessary steps to create an incredible pitch deck and business plan.

We contacted them and got a callback. We told them about our project and they sent a proposal. We approved it and provided final info. They then write the business plan.

There were 3 or 4 on the project. I just worked with one of them.

They did a lot of good research on the wine tourism industry in a Georgia. They really helped articulate our vision in a clear way.

It was great. They sent updates every few days. There were no issues.

I found the fact they made a complicated process very easy was a great factor.

I would have liked them to get us VC funding, but they have limited European investors.
