I’m the program manager at an information technology company. We provide business risk management for our clients.


What challenge were you trying to address with DIGI-TEXX VIETNAM?

In order to handle the quantities of customers and high volume of work we were receiving, we hired DIGI-TEXX VIETNAM to improve our report processing efficiency.


What was the scope of their involvement?

We provide their team with a list of instructions and they produce reports based on that. There are various types of reports they process and produce for us based around our service offerings.  

What is the team composition?

We have one main point of contact for any of our issues and problems. There are between 35–40 people on their team.

How did you come to work with DIGI-TEXX VIETNAM?

We followed a referral and hired DIGI-TEXX VIETNAM. They appeared to be trustworthy and promised high performance, which we liked.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend $50,000 on a yearly basis.

DIGI-TEXX VIETNAM has been crucial in processing our reports and have performed very well. They’ve made our internal team more efficient and saved us from a time-consuming process.
