DIGITEXX was able to provide language and technological support to a complex image keying project. Their team members and project managers were able to organize all our requirements, train employees to follow those requirements, and provide quality control processes to assure project requirements were met to our satisfaction.

Each project had an objective and quantity of images that were expected to be keyed within a limited budget. Keying continued until the approved contract budget was achieved or the project content was finished, whichever came first, and all keyed content was approved and accepted by the Family Search project manager.

DIGITEXX provided a production plan for each project that laid out the amount of content that was expected to be completed by a certain date. DIGITEXX was very accurate in their estimates of production and also flexible enough to modify production plans when needed.
