Your team works from our strategic locations in Metro Manila, Philippines, either our Makati City office (OPL Building, Palanca Street) or Mandaluyong City office (Rockwell Business Center Sheridan 1 Tower, United Street). You can also choose home-based or hybrid arrangements.

If any team member doesn’t meet expectations within their first 90 days, we’ll find a replacement at no additional cost. Our 95% success rate means this rarely happens, but when it does, we handle it quickly and professionally.

Yes, you can switch between arrangements as your needs change. Our flexible approach lets you adapt without disrupting productivity or team morale.

Contract terms vary based on your specific agreement. We believe in earning your business through results, not locking you into lengthy commitments you don’t want.

We’ll handle holiday scheduling with small premium rates: 200% of standard rate for regular holidays, 130% for special non-working holidays. Our Customer Success team keeps you informed of upcoming Philippine holidays well in advance.
