1. Build out a team of customer service representatives that could operate across a number of inboxes and assist customers swiftly and pleasantly, in specific brand voice. 
2. Develop a team of coordinators that could assist our internal teams with a number of tasks including data entry and Shopify back end support.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've received a lot of positive feedback from our customers on how pleasant our customer service experience is. For our back office team, the increased efficiency and speed at which we can accomplish projects is a testament to the addition of our coordinators.

HKR's team treats us as their partner and is very open and collaborative with us. There is an open and positive flow of communication between us, HKR, and their team that works with us daily. They are good about responding to our needs in a quick and straightforward manner.

The work ethic of our HKR team members has been great - they're detail oriented, driven, and care about the work.

There are some internal policies that we weren't privy to that would have been helpful to understand from the outset, but it wasn't anything majorly inhibiting our workflow or success together.

We contracted HKR because they could recruit us the marketing staff. We knew they were working with other US-based clients and figured it'll be a cultural fit. They delivered the first rep that worked within our team in several weeks. We had 0 costs of recruiting, instead, they charged us a subscription fee for each rep. They also hired the person under their entity as an EOR, and they took all the headaches of HR from our team's plate. 

We received an account manager, Paula, which became our PoC for scaling which happened months later. The deliverable is pretty straightforward; we hired talent that understood how to scale our marketing efforts, contact new clients, and reach out to new potential business partners (especially blogs - at the time).

TTH (Time to hire) and inexistent staff churn/attrition.

They delivered on time, we're in contact permanently via Slack and they were really impressive with proactiveness. Their communication and reliability are definitely their A game.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Reliability. They delivered, and they delivered the right talent. It also felt like I'm communicating with another US-based entity. They were culturally aligned 100%. I did not expect that.

Are there any areas for improvement or something HKR could have done differently?

I believe they have improved greatly on their branding. They have a new visual identity that puts them in the spotlight easier. When we first started they didn't have their website up at all and we were a bit skeptical.

HKR team destroyed my shops that I built for more than 8 years on TeePublic and Redbubble. Everything changed upside down to a disaster after they came and started to manage TeePublic and Redbubble. I will share part of my TeePublic issues so people can understand what is happening currently with TeePublic and Redbubble content creators

HKR team artisan department keep making thieves' shops marked as artisans, while the original creators are marked as appearance, and he is not benefiting from his original art.. I keep seeing new teepublic stores that were created maybe a week or a month ago, and they keep stealing my designs. And Teepublic artisan department rewards them to add them to the artisan category for stealing great art!!!!!!! Why is my store still in the Apprentice category ?!?!!!! What these thieves do that I don't do ??!?!? The TP artisan department team keeps allowing thieves, copycats, and low-quality stores to publish my designs and profit from them without letting the original creator to appear in the search results. I reported more than 500 shops, and all of them were thieves who stole designs from me, and they are all marked as artisans. Something weird has been happening for more than 3 years. I have been messaging them for more than 3 years, and they don't respond to my requests. Please, I want one of the teepublic managers to change my account category to artisan. Because the TeePublic Artist Success Team keeps ignoring me and treating me like I'm not human, so please I want the review of my case to be done by one of the teepublic managers or directors. I'm saying that because when I asked Maria and Victoria (they Artist Success Team Managers) for help 3 years ago. They simply saw my messages, blocked me, and kicked me from the teepublic fb artisan group, and they blocked my email from messaging the teepublic support 4 times (i had to change my email address from my account 4 times so i can message the teepublic support again and to report stolen designs) and finally when my account was in the artisan category they downgraded it immediately after just 1 day and I swear I did nothing wrong to be treated like that. I keep messaging all the HKR.TEAM TeePublic Articore Group team for more than 3 years to at least give me the right to be in the artisan category instead of adjusting the thieves who keep stealing my designs and ruining my work, money, and time that I spent on my store and my designs. When I joined teepublic in 2018, it was a great artist community platform, and the TeePublic team was extremely helpful and friendly. I even remember someone was working in teepublic named Robin and DJ (I remember their names for more than 8 years), and they were always helpful and awesome until they changed the TeePublic community support in 2020 or 2021 and brought these unhelpful HKR.TEAM that started to ignore me for more than 3 years with all other content creator and started to adjust the new thieves to the artisan category, while the old community was adjusted from artisans to Apprentice for no reason although i was making great sales numbers. I reported until now more than 750 thieves!!! And they were all in the artisan category, and they were all uploading g**rbage designs, and the rest were stolen designs from me and other content creators who were uploading their art on Amazon and Etsy
