They also handle customer inquiries in a professional way, giving us the ability to focus on production without worrying about missed calls.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since bringing on BPO Hive LLC, we’ve had fewer missed calls and better organization of customer messages. Their system ensures that sales opportunities are prioritized and connected to our sales rep right away, which has helped us respond faster to potential clients. Internally, it’s freed up our team to stay focused on production without being interrupted by calls, which has improved our efficiency. Overall, the service has delivered exactly what we needed.

The accuracy rate of entries is very high, with very few corrections needed.
Turnaround time to enter time cards is completed within 24 hours of submission.
Number of time cards processed per week (on average, about 1300+ cards weekly.

All calls are answered.
The issue resolution rate is very high on inquiries on the first call.
Decrease in cal escalations. Much fewer calls had to be transferred to a supervisor because calls are being addressed and handled asap.

Their project management was highly effective. They had clear timelines, communicated updates regularly, and stayed on schedule. All deliverables were completed on time or ahead of deadline. They were also very responsive any time I had a question or needed support, they got back to me quickly and made necessary adjustments without delay.

Consistency with claim processing and therefore revenue has significantly increased. Scalable increase in tasks as company rapidly expands due to consistency with KPI outcomes.

Performance improvement plans for agents are often delayed and do not have a set process that allows for trackable change.
