HelpSquad helped us achieve out goals and more. I highly recommend their virtual assistant services for all struggling businesses. Not only our patients happier as we provide around the clock professional support but as a business owner I am also happy due to how inexpensive the service is. The quality is also outstanding.

Dentrix 90 day + aging report showed hundreds of thousands of dollars not collected. This was addressed within 60 days. Patients to be able to reach us to schedule, move or cancel appointments any hour of the day. This was accomplished within 2 weeks. Insurance administrative tasks as well as patient billing was addressed and optimized within 2 months.
