We have worked with a variety of tools and services to help identify and contact leads. However, many offer inaccurate data and are not efficient with their time. We are a small team, so we prioritized finding a firm that could help us scale and move quickly at a reasonable price. A partner of ours referred Leadium, and after speaking with them, we felt comfortable that they offered all of the services we needed.
Describe the project in detail.
To start the engagement, we met with the Leadium team to discuss our business needs, customers' pain points, challenges, and goals. After the first meeting, Leadium outlined our target customer profiles and developed an outreach strategy and appointment scheduling process. After reviewing and approving their strategies, we were quickly implementing their ideas. The team is extremely collaborative and responsive—meeting with us regularly to share new leads, results, and new appointments.

Our team consists of a customer success manager, a sales development representative, and a lead researcher.
Leadium’s efforts generated leads and improved open and reply rates, securing more appointments. Overall, they were a great partner, working collaboratively and communicating responsively. It was a productive engagement; all parties were always up to date on the project’s progress.
