They assisted with the whole marketing process, and their involvement included designing strategy, building marketing materials, and acting on our behalf at client meetings. We gave them all the necessary information about the product, the type of client we were looking for, and a goal for the number of new clients we hoped to reach. This niche is very narrow, so the list of potential clients is very specific. They targeted those clients, marketed our services to them, and made demonstrations to help move the project forward.
