What was the scope of their involvement?

Brandwoven helps us manage our Amazon marketplace. We’ve met with them in person and explained that we’re new to managing the Amazon marketplace. As a result, they’ve worked on understanding what we’re doing and what challenges we’re facing. That way, they can build a tailored solution for our needs. 

They virtually handle all of our Amazon business with a few exceptions. We provide direction for creative listings and budget spending, but they also help with inventory replenishment, management of listings, updating listings, casework with Amazon, and anything else we need.

We work with an account manager, an inventory planner, a marketing strategist, and the president and CEO of Brandwoven.

The partnership began in November 2019, and it’s ongoing.

We’ve enjoyed double-digit sales growth since 2020. Brandwoven work exceeds our expectations.

They deliver on time and within budget. We meet weekly via Microsoft Teams and communicate through email. They also have proprietary tools that allow us to have a snapshot of our KPIs for our Amazon business.

One of their strongest hallmarks is their ability to tailor their products and solutions to our business needs.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’re growing fast, so sometimes their responsiveness slows down. However, they always pick back up.

Convey what you’re looking to do and what your business wants to do on Amazon. Brandwoven's biggest strength is their ability to customize solutions based on the unique business needs of each client.

I’m the Amazon sales director for Teledyne FLIR. We design and manufacture advanced thermal imaging and sensing solutions that detect heat and enhance perception for applications in industrial, defense, public safety, and commercial markets.

We needed a full-service Amazon agency, which includes support with content, promotions, pricing, negotiation, advertising, and strategy.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brandwoven creates content for Amazon sales, submits Amazon compliance documents, drives sales and reporting, and drives ads in support of ROAS targets. They support most aspects of our Amazon business. I handle all the internal collaboration and overarching strategy. They’re effectively the team I would have if it were fully internal.
