The quality of their work was high. For me, it was important that the site stayed live. Any hiccups that I saw, Arora got on the phone with me to discuss changes in real-time. This went through all hours of the night.
Arora’s owner was available to migrate the site around 10:00 pm – 11:00 pm in British Columbia because I wanted to wait until there was minimal traffic. We worked during the later hours in the evening to make sure that our daily email went out the next morning.
How did Arora Comfortechs Pvt Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?
They were excellent and the touchpoints were high. Their responsiveness was the most important quality to me. The owner was always there with a response within 15–20 minutes.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I couldn’t have asked for a better partner in this project. The accuracy of their work was their most impressive quality. Their versatility and ability to work with many different coding languages were high.
When a problem arose, I was impressed with their problem-solving abilities. For example, there were issues about finding an email supplier with an API. The client was able to find suppliers quickly before I was able to find a better solution. Arora was able to switch over the API and get it working on our new service.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The team could be larger so that other work could be distributed. That’s just the process of the company growing.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make sure that you know exactly what you want to accomplish. Meet with an executive at Arora and get them to lay out a cost estimate. Then, work within the budget. As long as the expectations are there and they know the hourly rate, there’d be no problems. They’re versatile, so you don’t need to worry about their ability to work on different projects.
