They began by analyzing my original store and also reviewed a competing web theme built by another designer. Instead of discarding past work, they took a collaborative and ego-free approach—blending the best elements from both my existing site and the rival theme to create a unified, elevated Shopify experience. Key deliverables included a fully responsive custom theme, improved navigation and layout, optimized mobile design, streamlined product categorization, and seamless integration with our dropshipping and fulfillment systems. Aside from the occasional challenge with time zone coordination for Zoom meetings—which is understandable given the global nature of the team—everything else was excellent. Communication, quality of work, and delivery were all spot on.

Mostly happy. We needed to change project manager but I was impressed with the final team and the finished product. I found the final team to be responsive and accomodating.

They were very accommodating. With budgets, timelines, personnel. I felt like they really wanted to get to a good outcome and they were prepared to work with me to realize it. I also found the finished project to be above what I expected from past experiences with the company.

I found some of their decisions unusual like the decision to build a chat client rather than integrate an existing one. We had 2 project managers at one point basically doing the same thing which indicated we were wasting money. Ebizon need to do a better job of matching their resources to the their clients more effectively. They need to look at personal fit, culture fit, expertise fit and match teams to their clients. I feel its always a problem with Ebizon.
